Our client is a very busy person that needs two property managers, a two-person team for a Residential property! One primarily full time, on call at all times. The other person would be part time.

Our client is bicoastal that has a house in Los Angeles, New York and in Aspen Colorado. 

They are seeking a highly ethical, experienced Property Management Team with appropriate experience and a proven track record of operating effectively across functional boundaries, building and sustaining external and internal relationships while using seasoned judgment coupled with integrity. Candidate must have the ability to thoroughly understand financial details. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         THIS IS A TWO PERSON JOB, PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM

·         Property Manager will oversee vendors including housekeeping, landscape, maintenance, etc.

·         Property Manager will handle guest needs during the visit including transportation, catering, and special event planning.

·         Property Manager lives on site to oversee security and guest services. Contracts with security patrol service; installing and maintaining security devices; establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures; responds to emergencies.

·         Accepts ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments and maintain the budget.

·         Position will also include general oversight, concierge services, and driving principle & guests.

RV Park Maintenance to live on-site - Silsbee, TX

Handyman/Maintenance needed full time to live on-site in exchange for lot rental only. Includes all utilities.  Our park houses 70 RV spaces and has numerous amenities surroundng a 10-acre lake.  We are growing and expanding.

Ranch Couple positions 2 -possible openings - Roberts County, TX

Busy private hunting ranch looking for married support couple.

Female would help with kitchen operation serving, cooking, baking, support chefs/ lodge manager couple. Not looking for culinary training, just basic ability to follow directions and complete tasks as part of a small team.

Husband needs to a flexible self starter, able to interact with public and work between wildlife operation and lodge operations. Example--drive a hunt truck and help with luggage and showing guests to quarters.  Help with vendors, routine maintenance issues, anything needed.

A Self-Storage Company in Idaho is seeking a Resident Manager couple, to oversee the day-to-day operations of a self-storage facility.

Great opportunity to live and work together. Duties include general office,  sales, computer bookkeeping, rentals, collections and light maintenance. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma. Must have a strong background in customer service, sales, marketing, strong communication skills and experience with Windows based personal computer applications. Previous experience in storage industry a plus. Weekend shifts plus a valid driver`s license and reliable transportation required. Required to live onsite.

Pay starts at $2300-2500/mo per couple,$DOE. Will work 35 to 40 hours each, 5 days/week (to be scheduled.) The employer offers a competitive compensation package that includes salary, bonus, housing and utilities.
