Ranch is looking for an energetic couple or individual to help with projects and day to day operations. The ranch is 305 acres located in the Methow Valley just outside of Twisp, Wa. We are looking for persons whom are highly self-motivated and organized.

The position will include free housing (a nice 2 bedroom house located on the creek) and a starting salary of $2600 a month with the opportunity of advancement. On-Site Management Team - 100+ space Mobilehome & RV Park - Fresno, CA

We are seeking an on-site management team for our 100+ space RV and mobile home park in Fresno, CA that will be able to start by September 10th. Great communication and computer skills are mandatory.

Requirements for the job include but are not limited to:

Moving in Daily/Weekly/Monthly RV's
Park wide maintenance
Pool Cleaning and maintenance
Collecting Rent
Enforcing park rules and regulations
Communicating with residents
Cleaning up debris and leaves from the mobile home park streets and common areas
Trimming trees and hedges when necessary
Repairing and painting community structures as needed
Performing plumbing tasks such as small water line repairs and sewer line maintenance.
Performing inspections on individual spaces
Executing rental agreements and other park related documents
Working with your regional manager to create a great community environment
Sales Experience a plus
Property maintenance experience a plus (Mobile home maintenance experience a plus)
Experience in carpentry and electrical a plus

Available immediately,  Inn located in Craig, Colorado is looking for a couple to manage a 20 room inn on a hilltop overlooking the Yampa River Valley.  If you have excellent customer service skills, are honest, and have motel management experience I would like to speak with you. 

We have some of the best Trip Advisor ratings around and need a sincere and dedicated couple to keep up our great reputation.  Duties include front desk services, checking in guests, basic repairs and maintenance, yard upkeep, snow removal, supervising housekeeping staff, and assisting with daily laundry. 

Couple will be provided a house attached to the Inn and all utilities included, and a $1500 / month salary.

We have over 300 beautiful acres, a 62 acre lake (Grass Lake) with eighteen (18) log cabins nestled in this beautiful Michigan area. We are seeking a live-in caretaker to manage and provide security for the property and cabins as well as cleaning and maintaining common areas, roads and beach area and on-call responsibilities to help cabin owners when needed.

We are seeking conscientious, responsible and personable teams who are self motivated, enjoy working independently, are trustworthy, honest, have an eye for detail and some mechanical aptitude. We prefer a caretaker who has handyman skills that may include but not limited to plumbing, electric, can fix and maintain logs for log cabins and just enjoys nature.

This is a great role for a family looking for a long term caretaking position (the current caretaker is retiring with his wife and had two children after 36 years), can be retired or semi-retired couple seeking apermanent position in a pleasant atmosphere.
