A prominent family is looking for a couple to live-in at their property and help taking care of the home and its members. This role handles all aspects of general housekeeping and cleaning, including laundry, dishes, dry cleaning, running errands, and dinner preparation with a variety of daily tasks that may vary by day. The ideal candidate is flexible, dependable and experienced in working in large homes with fine furnishings. Similarly, the role will involve caring for members of the family including small children, and you will be closely involved in their daily lives. Candidates should have excellent interpersonal skills, be upbeat, trustworthy, have multitasking abilities and be detail oriented. They will also coordinate with other family staff as necessary.

We need a manager(s) who can:
+ Collect rents and deposit them using our check scanner - right from your desk. No need to go to bank
+ Read the water meters and bill tenants for their usage

+ Send emails with attachments from your smart phone
If you can also help with maintenance, that's additional pay for additional work, but is not required as part of the core manager(s)' job.

Domestic Couple - Louisville, KY Estate

Young family in Louisville, KY is seeking an energetic couple to maintain their estate. Duties are divided up as follows:
Estate Manager:
Oversight and managment of the primary residence in KY and travel to a second home when the family travels there.
Duties include: Grounds and landscaping, security, electrical, HVAC, technology, lighting, and managment of other vendors and service providers. This person will provide general maintenance for two large homes and three guest cottages, swimming pool and gardens surrounding the Louisville property. Must have ability to source and compare bids and keep good records of all maintenance and services performed.
Executive Housekeeper with nanny duties (3 children, primary school ages) - must have a patient and kind personality and love working with children. All applicants for this job must show their experience with children and specific domestic talents that align with the following duties:
General upkeep of the home with daily graces, supervision of other housekeeping staff, managing organizing projects, help with entertaining and special events, laundry, ironing and clothing care, taking care of linens and changing beds, watering flowers, light cooking, driving and superviosn of older school age children. The ideal candidate will be happy to take a hospitality role in this household.
This family has many large parties, work gatherings, events and family celebrations that take place at the home - so someone social, happy and upbeat around people is a must for both people hired. Someone with a background in hospitality or who has enjoyed entertaining would be ideal.
Salary range for both postion is $120,000 - $160,000 annually
Housing Provided: Private Carriage House, 1,000 sq. ft. newly renovated with fresh decor and appointments.
Schedule is Tuesday - Saturday, with Sunday and Monday off. Exception would be during peak entertaining times and during Derby events when many guests will be staying at the estate.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The Steward position is year-round contract position and shares duties with another camp steward on a rotating schedule. Duties include hands-on facility and grounds maintenance, housekeeping, office help and security.
Stewards must demonstrate the following personal attributes: honesty, trustworthy, respectful, flexibility, as well as, be able to work with others in a professional manner at all times, and have excellent communication skills.
WE OFFER:
Stewards will receive full hookup site (water, electric and sewer) as part of the agreement, including hourly compensation.
We require that you work 16 hours per week in return for a full-service hook-up. Any worked performed in addition to the 16 hours per week will be paid at a rate of $13.50.
Additionally, Stewards receive $432 per month to be on-call during the hours of 5 p.m. to 10 a.m. for 15 days per month (not included in the 16 hours per week).
We seek commitments of at least three months, and long-term opportunities are available. We are looking for outgoing and friendly individuals who can help bring the history of the area to life for our visitors.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Work in outside weather conditions, including; rain, cold and heat.
- Work at various heights and access any reasonable portion of the property.
- Stoop, stand and bend.
- Lift up to 50-75 lbs.
- Use hands and fingers to handle, feel, reach, grip and pull.
- Drive a light truck or vehicle to transport supplies and equipment, haul refuse and garbage and or miscellaneous hauling.
- Operate various machinery including; automobile, mower, edger and similar.
- Possible exposure to chemicals and/or elements present in cleaners, agents, pesticides or other hazardous chemicals.
- Flexible hours (week-ends, nights, holidays).
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
The Steward may have to manage a number of projects at one time, and may be interrupted frequently to meet the needs and requests of guests. The Steward may find the environment to be busy and will need excellent organizational and time and stress management skills to complete the required tasks.
