Resident Managers Team for Motel - Beaverton, OR

A prominent motel in Beaverton OR is looking for front desk resident managers. This position is open immediately. We are looking for a team of two people to manage the motel.
GENERAL OVERVIEW:
Check Guests in, make reservations, provide accurate information. Respond to telephone queries at all hours, and personally look forward to making every guest's stay pleasant.
DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Check guests in and complete all procedures accurately. Making correct receipts for motel and customer.
- Facilitate guest departure.
- Accept reservations via phone, fax, email and make correct entries.
- Do appropriate negotiations in order to receive best rates for the motel rooms.
- Be accountable, responsible and make sure the guest facilities are in working order.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum high school diploma
Some experience in motel management preferred.
A one bedroom apartment will be provided onsite. Only dogs are permitted on the hotel property.

Horse Wrangler/Handyman/Cabin Rental Reservations Couple - DeBorgia, MT

Guest Ranch in DeBorgia, Montana is offering a unique position for the right couple. Bring your RV and park it here with full hookups. The right man has lots of experience with horses and mules (trainer using method of least resistance preferred) and is a general all around handyman who can identify and fix anything. His wife/partner could also have general experience with horses and mules and would answer the Ranch phone which is forwarded to her cell phone to answer questions about reservations for cabin availability, as well as reserve Ranch activities as shown below. In addition, the couple handles all the housekeeping duties of the facility.
In addition to the free RV parking with full hookups, a generous salary and family style meals are provided. We prefer a couple who is willing to stay on long-term.
The right couple must be physically agile enough to assist in all activities of the Ranch, which include: horseback riding on Ranch and into the National Forest, hay and sleigh rides, scenic and fishing river rafting trips, snowmobile rentals, and bicycle rentals for the famous Hiawatha Trail. Also, we customize hunting packages using horses and pack mules taking hunters to drop hunt camps in the National Forest .
We rent four unique, antique, log cabins that have been modernized for the comfort of our guests. The cabins sleep five. The bunkhouse is a two bedroom house that sleeps 12-17. The Lodge is a guest gathering center that features Dish TV and commercial kitchen to accommodate dining for up to 80 people to host weddings, anniversary and birthday celebrations, chuckwagon barbecues, fund raisers, political and corporate meetings. With outside seating, the Lodge can accommodate up to 200 comfortably.
You will work side-by-side with onsite Owner. When Owner is traveling, couple would oversee Ranch operations.

Job Summary:
The male/female houseparent couple is to serve as surrogate parents and operate the home with the value of a Christian home. They are to function as a team with responsibility for the safety, training, ongoing supervision, discipline and happiness of the children in the home.
Essential Job Functions:
· Determine and provide for the ongoing needs of the residents
· Determine the ongoing needs of the cottage/walk thru checklist
· Administer medications to residents per physician orders
· Educational role – grades, study hall
· Prepare nutritious meals for residents
· Develop and supervise chore assignments for the residents
· Maintain the equipment and promote safety standards
· Schedule and attend medical/dental/counseling appointments for the residents
· Provide non-denominational religious training for the residents
· Attend church services with residents
· Meet with case manager and administrative staff to review residents’ goals and service plans
· Submit petty cash receipts, follow prescribed business policies and procedures, and following accounting practices when requesting, submitting, or turning in money
· Participate in community outreach services with residents
· Provide written documentation of behavior variances
· Complete required certifications and recertify per standards (CPR, FA, MATY, MANDT, Blood Borne Pathogens)
· Contact Health Care Coordinator for sick resident to collaborate plan of care
· Attend department meetings
· Attend extracurricular activities of residents
· Generate applicable medical, licensing, supervision reports and activities
· Attend training to improve performance as needed
