We are seeking an on-site management team for our 100+ space RV and mobile home park in Fresno, CA that will be able to start by September 10th. Great communication and computer skills are mandatory.
Requirements for the job include but are not limited to:
Moving in Daily/Weekly/Monthly RV's
Park wide maintenance
Pool Cleaning and maintenance
Collecting Rent
Enforcing park rules and regulations
Communicating with residents
Cleaning up debris and leaves from the mobile home park streets and common areas
Trimming trees and hedges when necessary
Repairing and painting community structures as needed
Performing plumbing tasks such as small water line repairs and sewer line maintenance.
Performing inspections on individual spaces
Executing rental agreements and other park related documents
Working with your regional manager to create a great community environment
Sales Experience a plus
Property maintenance experience a plus (Mobile home maintenance experience a plus)
Experience in carpentry and electrical a plus
