Dogs, cats and horses.  Located approximately one hour north of Atlanta and close to the University of North Georgia and the Blue Ridge mountains.

Responsibilities:

Caring for dogs, cats and horses, take lead in adopting out rescue animals, farm maintenance, cleaning and light handyman tasks.

Requirements:

• Kennel / animal rescue experience a must!
• Vet tech background a plus.
• Dependable transportation required, preferably pick-up truck preferred.
• Full background check required.

Our client is a very busy person that needs  property manager, a two-person team for a Residential property! One primarily full time, and on call at all times. The other person would be part time.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this position include:

• Property Manager will oversee vendors including housekeeping, landscape, maintenance, etc.
• Property Manager will handle guest needs during visit including transportation, catering and special event planning.
• Property Manager lives on site to oversee security and guest services. Contracts with security patrol service; installing and maintaining security devices; establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures; responds to emergencies.
• Accepts ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments and maintain budget.
• Position will also include general oversight, concierge services, and driving principle & guests.

Workcamper Couples Winter Season - Surprise, AZ

We are looking for Workcamper couples to work in our 55+ Five Star luxury RV Resort in Surprise, Arizona (20 minutes Northwest of Phoenix). The positions open are: Food Service (in our bistro and/or tiki bar), Tiki Clean up, Courtesy Patrol, Activities Office.

Each person works an average of 12 hours per week or one person can work an average 24 hours per week in exchange for site rent and utilities. No additional compensation offered. Commitment period October 1 - April 1.Must be a US citizen and pass background check.

Camp Work Couple - Roscommon, MI

Camp worker couple needed for the 2016 season which runs from the 1st weekend in May until the end of Septemeber.  This position will entail taking reservations, delivering wood and cleaning restrooms, in exchange for your camp site, paid electric, pump out service and a weekly stipend.  If you are looking for a lot of action and noise, this is not the job for you.  We have a very laid back and quiet atmosphere.
