RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS

Mature couple in good health, valid driver’s licence, good driving record, basic first aid, and stable employment history.

Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with other personnel in a semiremote location.

Basic clerical and computer literacy.

Experience with small boat operation, routine outboard maintenance, knowledge of marine safety & navigation.  Must possess a valid Pleasure Craft Operator Card.

Experience in operations of equipment & machinery, knowledge of mechanics, electrical, water systems, generators and building maintenance. 

General knowledge in grounds keeping, gardening and housekeeping.

Lakeside Nature Retreat Property Manager - Seacoast of NH, NH

We are looking for an individual or couple for a live-in manager position for a successful 4 guest cottage operation near Concord, NH. The manager(s) general tasks will include: coordinate, direct and manage day to day operations; handle guest check-ins, check-outs, answer phone calls, work with an on-line reservation system to take reservations; maintain a social media presence; take care of basic repairs, maintenance and landscaping tasks, and some housekeeping when necessary ;basic bookkeeping/ accounting and marketing. Compensation includes year round employment and on-site housing with utilities paid.

The property is located on a beautiful lake and surrounded by hundreds of acres of forest where our guests come to reacquaint themselves with the natural world. We would prefer an individual or couple with some hospitality experience (B&B, Inn, Hotel, Host etc.), but experience is not required. The most important requirement is very good customer service skills and a strong environmental ethic with a focus on supporting outdoor activities for our guests. The manager(s) will live on-site in a private and detached cottage. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, base salary with incentive/ bonus structure based on revenues.  Solid computer skills, good organizational skills and an enthusiastic flexible personality are preferred. Must have flexibility to work extended hours, weekends and holidays.

The schedule will typically be from Monday - Friday but occasional weekends are needed. One person in the couple must drive. Work Campers Needed - Alpine, AL

RV & Cabin Resort in Alpine AL is looking for a few good people. We are in need of people willing to weed trim and blow leaves, as well as one to work in the office and do housekeeping. These are workcamping positions, for 24 hours you will get the site, FHU, laundry quarters, LP, and up to $100 on the electric bill.

Host Duties:

Provide information and assistance to campers; prepare campsites for next visitors; maintain bathrooms, staff entrance station, light maintenance as needed, and assist with campground reservations.

Resident Manager Couple/Team - Austell, GA

Only COUPLES or 2 PERSON TEAMS will be considered. Self Storage inconsidered for this  Austell,  Georgia is looking for a mature(semi-retired preferred). self motivated coupled to be resident managers at Georgia location.

Viable candidates must pass clean background check and drug testings. Couples wishing to be considered for this opportunity must work well together. One partner will be primarily responsible for running the office, customer service, and must have basic computer/communition skills. The other partner will perform all necessary upkeep and light maintenance is neededd. Experience in construction or property maintenance project preferred. The phsical requirment  would emcompass being able to walk, twist and lift 50lbs. No storage management experience required, will train.

Compensation package includes base salary, bonuses, paid holidays & vacation, a 2 bedroom partially furnished apartment which incudes all utilities, and Wi-Fi access. Living on the premises is essential for this position. No young children are allowed to live on-site. for this job, two people are necessaeryand both must be qualified.
