Prize Home Property Maintenance Management Couple - Sunshine Coast Australia

We are currently seeking a Prize Home Property Maintenance Management Couple or duo who will manage the maintenance and upkeep of luxury prize homes including, housekeeping, gardening and maintenance. Reporting to the Production Manager – Supporter Enterprises, this full time opportunity is a multi-site role where as a team, you will be responsible for all aspects of the upkeep of the prize home portfolio, located in the Sunshine Coast and Hinterland areas. The dynamic duo will live at various prize home locations that will change every 6 to 8 weeks as different prize homes become ‘live’. This opportunity represents a key revenue stream for the organisation. The key deliverables of the role are: • Responsible for security, cleanliness, maintenance and upkeep of current live prize home to be display-ready every day, including but not limited to: o Managing external maintenance of prize home – lawn mowing, weeding, gardening, pool cleaning, window cleaning and minor exterior house cleaning o Managing the internal upkeep of live prize home – cleaning, cobwebs, window cleaning, floors and general repairs o Handling all general repairs, minor maintenance and wear and tear of live prize home as required o Maintaining Workplace Health & Safety standards at the live prize homes to ensure the safety of all staff, suppliers and general public • Residing in the upcoming prize home(s) in the lead up to the ticket selling campaign (4-8 weeks) and managing all onsite maintenance to get the next prize home display ready • Coordinating the display of all advertising and directional signage in and around the prize home whilst it is live • Maintaining all organisational equipment in good working order • Organising and supervising all major repairs, and maintenance required for the prize home portfolio • Key liaison between prize home contractors, suppliers and Endeavour staff based in Brisbane to coordinate core prize home related activities • Providing onsite customer service and reflecting Endeavour Foundation’s values of Respect, Inclusion, Integrity and Accountability at all times • Ability to travel between locations of prize homes (in your own vehicle) • Flexibility to work across a 7 day roster The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience: • Proven property management experience is preferred • Skilled in minor property maintenance and ability to direct building contractors is desirable • Experience in cleaning and presenting ‘show ready’ luxury prize homes • I.T. literacy / comfortable using computers

Seeking an experienced couple that is willing to live onsite, especialyl once training is complete. Must be able to provide outstanding customer service and have the ability to effectively grow & maintain occupancy levels. Will be responsible for tenant documentation and files, control delinquency beyond general rent collections and must be physically able to conduct daily walkthroughs of the community to inspecting the homes and home sites. Other responsibilities include upkeep and overall appearance of the property to ensure it is safe, neat, and welcoming. This is a trainee position. You will be assisting the current property manager until properly trained on internal systems. 

Ideal candidate(s) should be computer literate, have management experience, collections, customer service, and/or a sales background. The ideal couple will be firm with rule enforcement. Work camper or couple for front desk, cleaning, landscaping, light maintenance and everyday duties of a campground.  If interested, there is an opportunity for a year round position.  We can furnish you a RV site with all amenities and you decide how many hours you would like to work.  You will be responsible for your own electric, propane and cable but can work enough hours to pay for these.  

We are a year round facility and would prefer a long-term person.  Many times you can stay in your own RV and watch for customers coming in, then register them and park them at their site.  This job will require a little cleaning each morning, as needed.  

Resident Caretaker(s) for Family Oriented Recreational Park - Port Alberni, BC

A private member owned 10 acre park located on pristine Sproat Lake just minutes from Port Alberni, is seeking a highly motivated semi-retired couple or individual to provide maintenance and grounds-keeping of the property with 107 seasonal RV sites, in exchange for hourly pay. This is a year-round position that requires the caretaker(s) to live onsite in a two (2) bedroom residence, with an attractive all inclusive rent. Park is open to members April 15th to October 15th however most activities and interaction with members are during the summer months. The Job is full time for 7 months (April 1st to Oct 31st) and part time throughout the winter providing mainly security and park clean up, while living on site.

This position is ideally suited for a couple; however every consideration would be given to an individual that meets our requirements. The successful applicant(s) will be physically fit, have great people skills and be self-starters with experience with handling petty cash, email communications, Word and Excel is desireable. Possession of handyman skills and being familiar with carpentry, painting, basic electrical and basic plumbing work would be needed to be successful in this position. Experience with machinery (tractor) and ground keeping equipment (lawn mower, golf cart, gas weed eater, power blower, power washer) is highly desirable. Caretaker’s responsibilities include property maintenance, lawn mowing, housekeeping duties (in particular main washroom & shower facilities of park), provide a security presence, management of site water system and other general duties. Vehicle with towing capabilities for utility trailer is required.

Experienced, mature couple sought for a 17-room motel catering mostly to local, regional and international travelers to Jackson, MN. Prefer if one partner can do maintenance. Motel operates all year round and is located 2 hours and 40 minutes from Minneapolis and 1hr and 25 minutes from Sioux Falls, SD.

This is a unique half-underground motel with loads of charm and very popular on Trip Advisor and other similar websites. The motel sits just off of Interstate 90 and is located within minutes from Lake Okojobi near the Iowa border, which offers a number of vacation attractions. Summer is our busy season.

Prior inn keeping experience preferred but will consider hard working couple with excellent customer service and maintenance skills.  $900/month salary plus 1 bedroom, 1 bath onsite living quarters with all utilities paid.  Responsibilities include online reservations, guest check in/out, front desk service, reservation management, overseeing small housekeeping staff, and some laundry duties. Computer skills are a must. Extra pay for some maintenance work beyond the basics.
