Summer Camp located in Middlesex County, NJ seeks a Facility Director/ Caretaker(s) / Site Manager(s) for a full time position. Our camp grounds include: 20 acres with 20+ buildings, swimming pools and a complete workshop. This job requires dedication, commitment, team-orientation, passion and kid friendly attitude.

Time commitment required:
* May thru Aug - whatever it takes to get the job done! (6-7 days per week, nights, weekends etc) Must be flexible! Sept thru March M-F 9-5pm

General maintenance, repair and development of grounds and buildings, including:
* Carpentry
* Plumbing
* Electrical
* Landscaping
* Full construction
* Pool maintenance
* Machine operation
* Small motor maintenance and repair
* Vehicle repair

Previous management and maintenance experience a necessity as you will supervise a small crew on a daily basis.

Full Time Campus Caretaker Couple - Naples, FL

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a 9 acre Residential Care Campus with only 8 homes with 12 residents each when fully built out. 

Beautiful grounds, nice paths, gardens, fruit trees and lushious landscaping.

We need a friendly, caring couple that like Elders and would enjoy interacting with our Elders.

Some gardering, some maintenance, some redirection, but mostly, just being present and around our Elders.

Housing is a gatehouse that infrequently needs to have a resident being helped back to their house. 

We anticipate that we will open July 1st, 2016.

This a long term position where it is anticipated to make many friendships and memories.

Park Attendant Contractors and Park Host Volunteers - Charlton, MA

 USACE BUFFUMVILLE LAKE & HODGES VILLAGE DAM, Massachusetts. Two Park Attendant contracts (must be team of 2). Sun-Mon or Tues-Thur team (8 am - 8 pm). Positons include fee collection and janitorial at a day-use park. This is a paid contract plus free full hookup- 50 amp electric, well water, septic, local phone, barn storage, free recycling/trash, use of an electric golf cart as a part of your duties and free shared laundry at damsite less than 1 mile away.

And two Park Host Volunteer positions at dams (prefer a couple). Visitor services (ORV experience preferred), trail maintenance and janitorial of one small restroom (20 hrs/person/week). April/May - Sept./Oct. Full hookup, free laundry. Surrounding towns - rural, picturesque and historical.

Caretaker/Work Camper - Southwestern Oregon, OR

Private Party/homeowner needs an honest, responsible, common sense, self-starting caretaker with good job skills and work ethic for our quiet western Oregon home.  We are seeking a LONG TERM (minimum one year but prefer longer) caretaker for pets, yard, and property.  Chores include yard care (mowing, weeding, pruning, watering) basic maintenance, forwarding mail, occasional errands, etc.  You will receive a quiet 30/50 amp, water, sewer RV site with internet for up to two devices, and fenced garden area in exchange for approximately 30-40 hours work each month.  If wanted, tv and phone will be your responsibility.
