ISLAND CARETAKERS Position : Live in full time salary assisted caretaker(s) Location : A private island and residence with modern infrastructure systems off the coast of Ladysmith, BC, Canada

RESPONSIBILITES / REQUIREMENTS Looking for a mature caretaker(s) in good health with reputable references Experience in operations of equipment & machinery, knowledge of mechanics, electrical, water systems, generators and building maintenance Experience with small boat operation, routine outboard maintenance, knowledge of marine safety & navigation. Must possess a valid Pleasure Craft Operator Card General knowledge in grounds keeping, gardening and housekeeping Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with other personnel in a semi remote location Basic clerical and computer literacy

BENEFITS AND HOUSING Salary is based on experience. Caretakers are housed in a fully furnished 2 bedroom 1650 sq ft house with utilities provided. Residence is very close to amenities. Further details to be provided in interview process.
