Caretaker/Work Camper - Southwestern Oregon, OR

Private Party/homeowner needs an honest, responsible, common sense, self-starting caretaker with good job skills and work ethic for our quiet western Oregon home.  We are seeking a LONG TERM (minimum one year but prefer longer) caretaker for pets, yard, and property.  Chores include yard care (mowing, weeding, pruning, watering) basic maintenance, forwarding mail, occasional errands, etc.  You will receive a quiet 30/50 amp, water, sewer RV site with internet for up to two devices, and fenced garden area in exchange for approximately 30-40 hours work each month.  If wanted, tv and phone will be your responsibility.
