Full Time Campus Caretaker Couple - Naples, FL

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a 9 acre Residential Care Campus with only 8 homes with 12 residents each when fully built out. 

Beautiful grounds, nice paths, gardens, fruit trees and lushious landscaping.

We need a friendly, caring couple that like Elders and would enjoy interacting with our Elders.

Some gardering, some maintenance, some redirection, but mostly, just being present and around our Elders.

Housing is a gatehouse that infrequently needs to have a resident being helped back to their house. 

We anticipate that we will open July 1st, 2016.

This a long term position where it is anticipated to make many friendships and memories.

COMPENSATION

New 2 1/2 bedroom and 2 bath 900 sq ft single family two story gate house (rent and all utilities included)

Stipend of $1,000 each ($2,000 total)

Free meals if wanted (only offered at Elders' Houses)
