Summer 2016 Front Desk/Maintenance Work Kamper Couple Wanted - Meadville, PA

Our KOA Campground in Meadville PA is a busy, fun, family KOA destination campground located the in Great Lakes area of NW PA seeking 2, full-time, people-friendly Work Kamping Couple for April 20 thru October 16, 2016. We are a KOA Founders and President’s Award-winning park, and we need your help!

Duties would include maintenance duties for one person, and clerking & front desk duties for the other.  Some housekeeping duties for one or both. 

Clerking is fast paced in busy camp/convenience type store.  Reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and amenities band program, serving Slushies and dipping ice cream will keep you busy.  Knowledge of some reservation software required, knowledge of Kampsights is a plus!   

• Long periods of standing.
• Must be able to hear and respond over the telephone.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Maintenance includes escorting campers, garbage duty, changing light bulbs and other light duty items, collecting mini golf balls, bagging ice, jumping pillow duty, swimming pool, set up and tear down of events and activities, trimming, landscape maintenance (watering flowers, weeding), etc. 

Housekeeping for two bath houses, pavilion & sink area, & 2 deluxe cabins & kitchenette & primitive cabin as needed. 

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Long periods of standing, bending, and kneeling.
• Must be able to safely operate various maintenance tools & equipment.

·         We provide FHU 30 or 50 amp campsite at 12 hours per couple per week. Work 3.5 days per week together, enjoy 3.5 days a week off together!

·         Extra pay at @ $8.00/hour for all other hours worked. 

·         We provide $50 electric allowance (you pay anything above that amount) per month, free 48 channels of TV, free Wi-Fi, and 25% discounts on propane, groceries, and more! 

·         Meals are provided on duty provided that you don’t have dietary restrictions and paid lunches at the store/office. 

·         3 T-shirts provided for Maintenance, 3 polos provided for Maintenance & 4 polos for Store/Office.

Reservationist and Housekeepers - Pelahatchie, MS

Award winning Yogi on the Lake is now looking for team players for the 2016 season.  We are located in central Mississippi on a 95 acre lake. Short trips to casinos in the area. Imediate openings for housekeepers and reservationists.

We offer a FHU site including cable for 14 hours a week combined. We are seeking a live-in couple for a private lake resort on Lake Travis in Lago Vista, Texas. 3 years experience of large property maintenance is required for application. Salary will range depending on experience, qualifications and needs. Ability to conduct general maintanence on appliances, plumbing and lighting fixtures and tasks is required. Ranch Handyman/Housekeeper Couple - Sunnyvale, TX

The overall Caretakers job is to keep the Ranch and all the amenities in first class condition and make prompt repairs and perform the maintenance requirements as needed.  There will also be requests from the Owner from time to time and to assist the Owner as requested.   Due to ever changing needs and things stop functioning correctly for one reason or another.    Will stay full time and live in house on the property.     Salary including benefits. 

Duties will regularly consists of..…

Keeping all the structures cleaned inside and outside, including the main house, deck, pool area, etc.

Keeping front entrance clean, mail boxes, gates, fence, planters, roads (weeds, rocks, animal poop, pillars, posts).

Taking care of the Ranch dogs.

Prep and paint where needed and requested.

Checking lights on a regular basis and replace burnt out bulbs as needed.

Prune-up low hanging limbs and heavy limbs of the trees.

General inside cleaning of the main house to include vacuuming, dusting, cleaning toilets, iron bedding.

Report or take action on any unusual happening.

Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.

Trade pet care and yard work for rent studio garage apt. - Castle Rock, CO

We live on five acres south of castle rock We have three dogs and lots of work for the right couple. Must be familiar with tractors and small lawn machines We would expect 20 hours of work per week in trade for living accommodations in a furnished garage studio.

Heat ,electricity, cable, Internet , and garage parking included. We ask that one person be on the property all the time. Other person is free to work off property No smoking or drugs references and background checks will be conducted.
