Immediate couples opening to manage a 16 room  motel in Lauderdale By The Sea.  This position is great for couples that are self-motivated and have an entrepreneurial spirit. Work pace may vary depending on season.   We are looking for a couple with customer service, computer / office skills and some maintenance experience.  Responsibilities also include housekeeping, laundry and other duties that relate to our vacation rental business.  Please do not call the motel.

Hours:

Live in –  Hours are as needed to complete all daily tasks and on call for check- ins/check-outs    and reservations

Salary - $35,000/ yr with possible accommodation

Job Duties include:

*Checking in guests, accepting payments and room inventory scheduling

*Daily updating of motel software

* Daily house cleaning and trash removal, including making of beds, bathroom and toilet cleaning, dusting, sweeping and mopping

*Daily Laundry of towels & sheets, drying and folding of same

RV Resort Maintenance Couple - Hemet, CA

Our RV Resort is looking for a Maintenance Couple starting Feb 6, 2016. The couple we have here are moving closer to family. You will receive Free space and electricity. Work 32 hrs. for both. Flexible days and hours. Need to maintain the outside of the clubhouse, sweeping, vacuuming rugs, picking up cig butts, wiping down hand railings, general cleaning around the clubhouse. We do have a Maintenance man that comes every week, but you might be asked to do light maintenance if needed. Electrical knowledge would be helpful. Might need occasional help with setting up tables for a activity.

We are 2-3 hours to Palm Springs, LA, San Diego, beaches and mountains. There is alot to do on your days off.  Here in Hemet we do have nearby grocery stores, discount stores ad great restaurants. Come be a part of a nice Resort. We can send you pictures of the resort by request.

We are a seasonal camping resort located in Wisconsin Dells, WI (5 miles from downtown dells) right on the upper Dells of the Wisconsin River. The resort has 300+ sites, 2 playgrounds, a heated swimming pool, volleyball court, basketball court, bar/restaurant, 2 bathroom/shower facilities, a large office, snack bar, marina, and 150 passenger authentic paddle wheel river boat (the Princess Kay). Ideally this position is for couples or teams of two since the duties are more easily and quickly completed with two people working together, but individual applicants are welcome as well.

Job duties include: cleaning rental units after guests leave, cleaning the bar and restaurant weekly, cleaning and upkeep of the Princess Kay (a 150 passenger authentic paddle wheel riverboat), cleaning our bathroom facilities, and general park cleaning/upkeep.
