Owners of a florida retreat home are seeking property caretakers to manage, clean, cook, maintain, garden and generally care for the property for and on behalf of the owners. The home is used as a guest home and rented to groups doing retreats and vacations. 

The property sits on the Sebastian River, contains a 5 bedroom home with a pool and an in laws quarters where the caretakers would live. The property is located in a wonderfully beautifully quiet town of Sebastian, Florida on Florida’s treasure coast which is known for it’s natural beauty, pristine beaches, great surf and southern hospitality.

Guests who come to visit will participate in a host of activities ranging from organic farming, yoga, boating & fishing, surfing and even skydiving as there is a small airport across the street. Ideally, the caretakers may have experience with any of the activities mentioned above and could act as hosts in certain circumstances.

I am looking for a very active couple with experience in leasing, property management along with property maintenance experience.  Must have atleast 6 years experience.   I need someone who will take care of the property, it is very important to us that the workmanship both outside and inside the office is professional.  

I would like a husband and wife team who can work together to tackle this complex and turn it around.  The building is roughly 6 minutes from Downtown St Pete, there is an office with an attached apartment so you can live on the property you will also receive weekly payroll.

Lodge and Restaurant is looking to hire self-motivated, talented, hard-working, creative, and friendly staff for the 2016 season. Our season lasts from February until mid-November/December. Currently we are looking for experienced line-cooks and servers. Couples and RV travelers are encouraged to apply.

We are located in a very remote high-desert setting between the North Rim of The Grand Canyon and Lees Ferry just south of Page, AZ. This is a great area for hiking, exploring, and of course fishing. When it’s hot we go to the North Rim or Lake Powell to cool off, and in Spring and Fall the desert is nice and mild.

We are a very busy breakfast, lunch, and dinner destination and were listed in Arizona Highways’ list of top 10 Restaurants. This is a family run business and we take care of family, something to be appreciated for those accustomed to corporate concessionaires. Housing is available at a reasonable cost, however it’s up to you to provide your own phone, internet and satellite TV if that’s something you require. Hook ups are also available.
