Campground Attendants 2016 Camping Season - Storm Lake, IA

2016 Campground Attendant Campground Attendant is a seasonal position starting in mid-April and ending in mid-October at the Sunrise Campgrounds in Storm Lake. Attendants provide guests with customer service, handle cash, resolve issues, clean the park and restrooms, and other functions to ensure a great experience for guests of the campground.
Some duties include light maintenance and operation of small machines such as push mowers, weed trimmers, and power washers. Office duties include the need for an attention to detail, cash handling skills, and great customer service skills. Typically this position is filled by a team of two individuals who work together during each shift and opposite of another team of two individuals.
Compensation includes hourly wage plus camping site with full hookup (cable TV service not guaranteed) for the employment term. Attendants must provide their own camping unit.

We are in need of an experienced and skilled mobilehome park management team/couple. We have openings in Hemet, CA and in Whittier Downs, CA -- a senior park and another a family park.
Ideal team will have two or more years experience managing a mobilehome park in California. At least one person must have computer skills and be comfortable using a MAC. Computer skills would include the Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel), as well as the ability to receive and send email and to download files. The couple should have a working knowledge of the Title 25, as well as the CA Mobilehome Residency Laws (Civil Codes). Certified MCM classes taken through the WMA would be a plus.
Ranch Manager/Couple to Manage Ranch - Hempstead, TX

Ranch Manager/Couple needed to manage recreational ranch located 10 miles south, southeast of Navasota, Texas. Couple will work as a team and be responsible for all daily ranch activities and duties on 1200 acre ranch.
Ranch management duties will include property, equipment and vehicle maintenance, brush clearing with heavy equipment (i.e., dozer, excavator, tractor, etc.), taking care of cattle, and construction projects, hunting season duties, filling feeders, assisting in guest services and managing facility and ranch personnel. The ability to operate equipment and perform equipment maintenance and repair is required. Carpentry, plumbing and electrical skills are also required.
Will participate in and assist with wildlife management practices including: general maintenance of wildlife and guest resources, individual plant treatment chemical applications, predator control including trapping raccoons, and feral pig management, deer scouting, including using game cameras and video cameras to locate and pattern deer.
Domestic work includes housekeeping maintenance of owner’s house, guest houses, and landscape. Assist with shopping, cooking and housekeeping when owner/guests are on property. Communicate and coordinate with owners to prepare for ranch events.
Prefer background in agriculture field, wildlife and/or animal science. Significant experience in similar situations working on and managing agricultural property. Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision. Must demonstrate maturity and initiative and have good communication skills. Ideal candidate will maintain a positive attitude, be motivated, cooperative, a team player, organized, flexible and pays attention to detail.

Assistant Office Manager and Assistant Maintenance Manager - Pensacola Area, AL

- Ensure effective check-in and check-out administration with particular attention to consistent site inspections.
- Ensures reservation charges are collected and accurately account for all monies in a timely manner.
- Ensure that maintenance requests are handled as quickly, efficiently and effectively as possible If the work order is not resolved within 48 hours, General manager should be notified.
- Market RV Resort promoting rentals on the phone and in person; demonstrate the Resort lifestyle to prospective guests, features/benefits
- Ensures that all Rents from guests reservations on Owners Sites and Electric Meter Readings are collected and documented for HOA Owners and give monthly report to Owners
- Ensures daily input of all transactions guest information in relation to reservations, check-ins, check-outs, are completed accurately in regards to addresses, names, rates, etc.

Storage Management Team - Roanoke, TX

U-Haul is looking for couples to manage our storage facilities located in Roanoke, Texas and throughout the Dallas / Fort Worth area. This is a couples position that will live on site while profitably managing a U-Haul independent storage location and oversee all aspects of storage transactions, customer service, rentals, record-keeping and security.
Couple must be outgoing, have great customer service skills, computer oriented and willing to work 6 days a week. Great pay along with housing and utilities included.
This is a "two-person" team or "couple" required to live on-site in a company apartment while managing our storage facility. Rent and utilities are included. RV Resort maintenance and office couple - Sherrills Ford, NC
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
We are looking for a couple to work this summer from April thru the end of September and possibly into October. One person will work two days a week doing maintenance, lanndscaping, repairs and the other person will work in the office taking reservations and other clerical duties.
Campground master experience would be helpful.
Each person will work 2 days per week and we will try to schedule all days together in exchange for a full hook up site with water, free wifi and cable and a electric allowance and a couple other perks.
We are located directly on Lake Norman.
