Property maintenance and management *Must have 3 years or more experience of apartment/hotel/property maintenance* - Lago Vista, TX

We are seeking a live-in couple for a private lake resort on Lake Travis in Lago Vista, Texas. 3 years experience of large property maintenance is required for application. Salary will range depending on experience, qualifications and needs. Ability to conduct general maintanence on appliances, plumbing and lighting fixtures and tasks is required. Duties include but are not limimted to: landscaping (mowing grass, edging, etc.), plumbing, electrical, household, boat repairs and pressure washing for the male and cleaning/organization duties for the female inlcuding but not limited to laundry, organizing, window cleaning, grocery shopping, preparing for guest arrival, assisting guests during stay, cleaning after departure, etc. Please send in resume and apply for this job today!

Job will allow for 2 weeks paid vacation per year to be used during non-summer months. Summer months are the busiest time with guests and turn around.
