Full Time position for couple with Management Experience with office, people and assets. One takes care of the office paperwork and oversees the front desk and customer services. Mature care-taker couple needed

We are looking for a mature care-taker couple that loves the North Carolina Smokey Mountains and has excellent guest service skills. Care-takers must provide excellent service, maintain a safe and secure environment and manage the care-taking of 5 rental homes. We are open May 1 through November 30. Year around stay is possible for care-takers but not preferred. Ideally if you had a place to stay in the south through the winter months you could have the best of both environments.

Care-takers must be present when guests arrive and contactable when guests are on the mountain. You must have handyman skills to maintain the homes. We would prefer you to do the landscape maintenance and the house cleaning. You will be compensated for all the work performed. We will provide a salary, auto, furnished 2 bedroom home including utilities, DTV and internet.
