We are an up and coming RV park just outside of Williams, AZ. We are looking for fun, out going, motivated working RVers to help around the park.

I-40 Grand Canyon RV Park is looking for couples & Singles to help April 1 through Oct 1. Position: Office, clean restrooms and laundry room. Some mowing, weedeating, maintenance, help with ongoing  projects, etc. Work 14 hours a week in exchange for FHU, Internet, $20 month laundry allowance. * Some extra work hours may be available. DOE... Extra hours over 14 paid at $8.50 hr. But are not guaranteed. 

* We are 20 min from Williams AZ,   1 1/2 From the Grand Canyon,  2 1/2 hr from Lake Havasu, Bullhead City/Laughlin, 3hr from Las Vegas, 50 minutes from Flagstaff and Prescott for shopping.... * 

Hotel / Innkeeper Manager Couple - Western Wyoming, WY

Married Couple Manager position for a Hotel/Inn/Motel accommodation in a quaint Wyoming town.  Seeking affable applicant couple of honorable values, character and integrity. Qualtified couple will possess basic or above computer skills, ability to provide basic or above maintenance and repairs of onsite utilities, as well as an ability to supervise housekeeping staff, while assisting guests in having a pleasant stay. Owner Christian man. No smoke. No drink.

Salary commensurate with experience and level of skills. Qualified applicants will also receive free room and board (all utilities paid) on-site in a spacious apartment with kitchen, living room and separate bedroom (all furnished or unfurnished at your preference).

This will be a permanent position. Position start date negotiable.

Property Manager - Estes Park, CO

We are currently accepting applications for a team to live on-site and manage a small motel located in Estes Park Colorado.  Previous hotel/motel Management is required.

Job Description:

Responsible for phone, internet and walk-in inquiry conversions - Renting Storage Units 

Collecting Payments 

Making Collection Calls 

Maximizing Occupancy

Maximizing Revenue 

Responsible for recommendations and implementation of local marketing initiatives

Marketing to local businesses and apartment managers

Responsible for customer service (rentals, payments, sales and customer issues)

Ability to be driven by performance goals

Responsible for maintaining customer files and auction statuses

Responsible for maintaining and improving facility appearance

Responsible for daily walkthrough of our facility

Responsible for daily bank runs/deposits

Light to heavy maintenance and clean-up work required

Responsible for cleaning units, hallways and interior buildings

Self Storage management experience a plus but not required

Job Qualifications:

Must be eligible to work in the United States

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Must have a High School Diploma/GED equivalent and at least two years of related experience (sales/customer service/leasing/rentals)

Must be a team player and have strong leadership skills

Must be profit driven

Proficient with computers: Word, Internet

Job requires constant movement and must be able to lift and move 35 lbs. regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Must have clean employment history, criminal history, driving record and drug test

Compensation includes on-site 2 bedroom (1 bedroom, 1 office) and 2 bathroom residence, utilities, Internet, and gas allowance plus a predetermined bonus plan. Health insurance is not covered by the company.

We have a new small resort and are looking for a couple to live on site in beautiful Thompson Falls, Montana. You will have your own private area for your RV, power and water free in exchange for help around our resort.
