RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to: all aspects of management including, Rent Collection, Eviction process as necessary, maintain organized resident files, help with preparing notices for manager on rules and regulations violations, must be able to upload files into our rental system. Promote positive resident relations through various programs; resident activities, potlucks, etc. Work effectively, cooperatively, and respectfully with property managers, clients and other vendors.

LIVE IN FARM HAND AND HOUSE KEEPER WANTED - NAPA COUNTY - LAKE BERRYESSA, CA

Live in couple wanted to provide farm hand help and housekeeping/cooking. We are a small hydroponic vegetable / chicken farm that sells eggs and produce to local markets and restaurants in the Napa Valley. We need a farm hand to help with the daily chores and help keep the chicken house clean.
We both work full time and our business is growing fast. It is about 4 hours max per day in the mornings for the chickens and greenhouse.
The other part of this is our house which would be about 4 hours max also per day. Need someone to keep up with basic house cleaning and provide some meals. Once the morning tasks are done, the rest of the day is yours to work elsewhere, schooling, etc.
For pay: the rent/basic utilities are included so it's $0 for you. The end of the week, we pay a little for your spending money and all the eggs and veggies you can eat. Could even plant your own garden. It's not alot but it is very private and quiet. No neighbors. We have other plans for a cottage to better quarters in the future.

We offer a base salary of $32,800.00 per couple. Sunshine Acres will provide paid housing, and utilities for all residential Houseparents. Base Salary: $32,800.00
Insurances: $14,416.80

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Desire to minister in a missionary environment
• Good human relations skills
• CPR Certified
• Current valid driver's license

• Qualify to get a fingerprint clearance card
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Set home guidelines for behavior and personal growth
• Provide nurturing and comfort for the children
• Housecleaning -- including laundry, mending, decorating, and overall cleanliness
• Attend meals with the children
• Attend Chapel services with the children
• Attend client staffing (meetings) with Social Workers and parents
• Supervise the children's play and know their locations at all times, especially on outings
• Work closely with Community Managers when discipline measures are needed
• Communicate with teachers, school administrators and social workers concerning children's school work
• Supervise homework, coordinate tutoring
• Transport children to school functions, work and outside activities
• Instruct alternate house parents concerning home operations before and after times off
• Train the children manners, personal hygiene, dress and grooming
• Maintain the common areas around the home (ie: blowing off porches, spraying down dusty furniture, picking weeds etc.)
