FEATURED JOB OPENING: Self-Storage Warehouse Manager Couple - Colorado Springs, CO

Great opportunity for a strong, self-starting couple wanted for management of large self-storage warehouse. Come to beautiful Colorado Springs at the foot of Pikes Peak and help us grow this business in a very vibrant and growing community. This position involves the sales, marketing, maintenance and management of a 100,000 sq ft storage facility, office merchadise sales, RV parking, and U-Haul truck and trailer rental. Managers will live onsite in an onsite residence.

We are seeking managers wit the following experience and skillsets:

• Previou experience in self-storage facility management
• U-Haul dealership experience
• Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Storage software (Storage Commander, Site Link)
• Display and sales of storage and moving supply merchandise
• Property maintenance sills. Light plumbing, electrical, general repairs,etc.
• Clean and maintain storage facilities, office, bathroom, residence.
