Duties include out side Maintenance such as Mowing and weeding lawns and Flower Beds weekly. 

Cleaning Bath/Shower House. Sweeping Outside Sidewalks, and picking us any trash on grounds. 

Inside work includes light maintenance and help cleaning rooms. Will Train.

Experienced housekeeping and maintenance couple needed - Downieville, CA

Experienced housekeeping and maintenance couple needed for the 2016 season (March through the end of October) at Sierra Shangri-La Resort, a beautiful resort on the North Fork of the Yuba River in Downieville, CA.

Duties include: landscaping (mowing grass, raking, planting, etc.), basic maintenance/household repairs, cleaning/organization, laundry, preparing for guest arrival, assisting guests during stay, cleaning after departure, etc.

Position includes onsite basic housing.  Pay depending on skills and experience. The position and housing will be available effective 03/01/2016. 

Chef & Front of House Couple - Glenlivet, Scottish Highlands, UK

We are a Traditional Highland Inn situated on the edge of the Cairngorm National Park. We are looking to recruit a Chef and a Front of House Couple for the season (March - Sept 2016).

The Chef will be responsible for the complete control of the kitchen including the preparation of quality Breakfasts, Lunches and Evening Meals using locally sourced fresh produce, the enforcement of all Health & Hygiene Regulations, menu planning, cost control and budgets, stock ordering etc.

The Front of House duties are of a more general nature ie; Greeting Customers, Waiting Tables, Bar Tending, taking food and drink orders, cash handling and most importantly looking after ALL of the customers making sure they enjoyed their visit to The Croft Inn.

Accommodation will be the sole use of one of our fully furnished Holiday Homes including Sattelite TV, Wi Fi Internet etc.

Applicants must speak and understand the English Language, have the necessary work permits (if from outside the EU) and be prepared to complete the FULL season. Have previous experience in a similar environment.

All meals supplied whilst on duty. Wages are dependent on experience and are paid weekly.

Some of your responsibilities will be: Mowing ,weed eating,irrigation,fence mending,cutting firewood ,general clean up / keeping things tidy,Handyman repairs on our houses,house cleaning. . Helping with our herb garden .

Being organized yet flexible and roll with life is important .There will be daily chores, there will be  projects come up and you will get pulled off one job to do another and some days it will be up to you to look around and see what needs to be  mowed/fixed.  Sometimes you be working under us and need to take direction well and sometimes stepping up to "owner" responsibleness.   We need a couple that has experience in this type of life. 

We would love to plan a shared veggie garden, plant more fruit trees and although I can not kill my chickens would be happy to share  eggs and allow some harvesting of chickens for meat. 

I have dogs  chickens and horses which will need care when I am gone .Must be comfortable with and want to spoil my  4 150 pound  loving dogs,100  chickens and 4 old horses and be . 

This job includes a  2 bedroom 2 bath mobile home .I does not have a fenced yard so if your dogs are approved that may be your first job.. Our homes are modest but the land is so so beautiful.  .No drug/alcohol dependencies  

Seeking Couple for Live-In Resort Management Northern Minnesota - Brainerd, MN

Located 4 miles north of Brainerd, MN, this beautiful resort is home to newly remodeled cabins, camp and RV sites on the sandy shore of Wise Lake. We are seeking a motivated couple or individual to manage the resort during the open season of May – September.

Responsibilities include: reservation management of cabins and camp sites via online reservation form requests, web site and social media management, visitor’s bureau/travel site listings, pre-season prep, post-season closing, greeting and registering guests, collecting payments and recording data pertaining to funds and expenditures for operations, cleaning and maintenance of cabins and grounds including lawn care, kayak and paddle boat rentals. Ideal candidates will be strong in customer service, highly organized, with excellent communication skills.

This position is full time, seasonal. Housing is provided, gas and electric additional. Payment is monthly, May – September, with bonus opportunities available for additional bookings prior to and just after closing. Our property is smoke-free and pet-free.
