Domestic Couple - Septeuil, Yvelines France

UHNW family living in London is looking for an experienced domestic couple to take care of and manage their chateau in Yvelines. The estate is 10 hectares with 2 mansions (11 bedrooms). It is a 5-member family with 3 adult children.

The family stays in the property only during weekends and holidays. The chateau should be well-kept and organised at all times. There is a houseman to take care of the property and a part-time housekeeper to help the couple. There are also farmers there.  
There are 3 fountains, swimming pool, and tennis court to be maintained by the couple.

Duties and responsibilities

• Full management of the properties (main one and guest house)

• Cooking traditional meals for up to 5 people (French and Italian cuisine)
• High-standard service
• Minor repairs in the house
• Being in charge of the outside territory (flowerbeds, garden, courtyard, roses, etc.)
• Gardening and maintenance of the gardening equipment
• Liaising with the outside contractors
• Overseeing a part-time housekeeper 
• House manager duties
• Pool maintenance

Seeking maintenance/management couple for our storage and campground in Glenrock Wyoming for the fall and winter season. Sarting October 1st, 2016.

As a team you would care for the office collecting monthly rent, reading meters for billing banking deposits reporting daily collections.

Maintenance rounds for the campground and storage buildings, any repairs needed.

In exchange for a 30-hour work week between the both of you we offer a full camper hook-up water, sewer, electric allowance, propane discounts, unlimited WiFi and $400.00 monthly.  Opportunity to stay on through the summer of 2017.

You do need your own RV camper to live in.  

Management Couple Needed for 9 Room Boutique Motel - Pompano Beach, FL

Live in position. Includes a studio apartment with utilities plus a $1500 a month fee for services.  You will be reponsible for both check in nd back-end management including check in/ check out, accounting, customer service, housekeeping, laundry, groundskeeeping, maintenance/handyman duties and more.  Must be reliable and organized. Summer 2017 Camp Hosts need for small RV park in beautiful NE Oregon - Wallowa, OR

We have a small 31-site family owned RV Park that is located on the Wallowa River in beautiful Northeastern Oregon.  We need a dependable couple from approximately April 1^st to Aug 1^st for the 2017 season.  This position is suitable for a retired couple/team. We need hands-on, fit individuals capable of routine property maintenance, lawn and grounds care.  Duties include registering guests, parking RV’s, some light cleaning, mowing, irrigation, etc. 

Couple will work closely with owners.  Work in exchange for a full hook-up site, including water, sewer, Wi-Fi, power, cable, propane and laundry facilities.  Pets are welcome.The position only requires part-time work. The park is beautiful…a hidden little jewel. We are very flexible and it is a relaxing environment. Come and enjoy the many activities and events Wallowa County offers in the summer.

Year round opportunity to work as a live in couple to manage a Narragansett, RI estate.  Accommodations in a private, furnished guest house on the premises are available for two adults.  An automobile will be available for use in meeting work responsibilities. Only non-smokers need apply.
