Innkeeping Couple - Piseco, NY

A recently renovated 600 acre rustic retreat overlooking Piseco Lake in the Adirondack Mountains of upstate New York, is seeking a year round innkeeping couple. The property includes the main inn building with 7 guest rooms and a 45 person dining room, five 2-bedroom cabins and a campground with 10 beachfront sites.

At least three years of hospitality experience or a degree in Hotel Management is preferred. The following skills/experiences are sought: Innkeeping: managing reservations, bookkeeping, software, marketing, social media, supervising staff, fostering guest satisfaction. Grounds: maintaining high standards for housekeeping and the condition of the buildings and grounds. Chef/Cook: Provide cook-to-order breakfasts 6 days a week and dinner 3 nights a week in season.

Compensation is competitive and includes a recently built three bedroom two story inkeeper residence with paid utilities, board during the regular season (June 1st through October 15th), a healthcare stipend, paid vacation and a performance based bonus program.
