Winter Duties: Clean house thoroughly after guest departs, change linens, launder linens, clean snow off walkways and decks, remove snow off part of the roof (when needed). Maintain wood in natural gas Log furnance to save on utility bills. Clean garage floors (especially during Winter), service indoor hot tub, clean fireplace (remove ashes) and re-stock wood box next to fireplace as needed.

Summer Duties: Clean house thoroughly after guest departs, change linens, launder linens, wash deck and deck furniture, wash windows, stain deck and trim as needed, paint indoors as needed, light flower gardening and water plants on deck.Help owners to cut and split firewood on property with log spliter and chainsaws for next winters firewood.

You may have a travel trailer or motorhome… It can be taken within 7 miles for cleaning and emptying… Our property is off the grid so we cannot fill your tank at Cetera There are trucks services in area where motorhome could remain on site for emptying and water refill… There is a basic apartment however would prefer if you have your own travel trailer…

There is plenty of time for you to have your own jobs in town… Or perhaps you're handy and like to do activities… There is room here for that also… If you use a lot of tools you can use a generator… Wide open land we have 10 acres in the middle of a lot more…
