Mobile Home and Campground Management Team Needed - Azusa, CA

We are an all age mobile home community with 44 manufactured homes and 49 camping sites including a small café/store in the Los Angeles/San Gabriel Canyon area, searching for a fulltime management/maintenance couple. We are looking for a self-motivated couple with a strong work ethic, customer oriented focus and ability to multitask. Work is year round with our busy season being in the summer for the campground and café.
Park responsibilities include: Mobile Home Rent collection, space rentals, rental contracts and financial reports to owners.
Café Store Management: Need to understand Food/Liquor/Labor costs and have an understanding of P&L's. Manage employees and scheduling.
Campground Management: Responsible for reservations over the phone, email and third party websites. Maintain a clean campground with facilities.
Maintenance responsibilities:Manager has full accountability for the overall maintenance and custodial functions. Participates in the screening and hiring of maintenance staff, trains, supervises and evaluates performance. Management should have active working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, propane gas, pool maintenance, grounds security, general repair and septic systems. Experience or ability to learn in well-water testing, food service management, tractor/backhoe handling a plus.
Applicants needs to be in good health as there are hands-on tasks involved. Must have a valid driver’s license.
Compensation: on-site housing (28 x 44 home/office), utilities paid. Salary commensurate with experience. The position is available for a COUPLE only.

We are NOT looking for caretakers, we are looking for a PROFESSIONAL STORAGE MANAGER TEAM! Experience in RV/Boat Storage and propane sales and RV dumping is very helpful!

Other partner must be VERY handy and oversee maintenance, lawn care, and general repairs, manage service personnel, contractors and high season employees. This job takes two people but is easily managed and provides a nice lifestyle. High Season are hectic with lots of cleaning, laundry and check ins.
Immediate couples opening to manage & live, at an 8 room Hotel on the beach of Costa Maya Mexico. This position is great for couples that are self-motivated and have an entrepreneurial spirit. Work pace may vary depending on season. We are looking for a couple with customer service, computer / office skills and some maintenance experience. Responsibilities also include housekeeping, laundry and other duties that relate to the hotel.
You will handle the running of the whole property, from reservations, check in check out, cleaning rooms, laundry, maintenance, landscaping and the care of the swimming pool. Staff is hired depending on season, so you are expected to be able to perform all these duties yourselves- when needed. Must have prior motel or B&B experience. Must have experience in light maintenance/handyman skills. Strong computer skills are also needed as the reservations system is computerized and there will be online marketing.
This is a seven day a week job. It does not require all of your attention all the time, but you must pay attention to details all of the time and be available to the guests. Compensation include a studio apartment, all utilities paid, including phone, and internet and salary.
This is a permanent position with anticipated start of 1 December 2016 or sooner.
