Looking for a couple to join our management teams of apartment and condo management. Integrity and good work ethic a must.

If you want a challenge and enjoy interaction with people, this job is for you. Qualifications would include experience in managing large communities, bookkeeping, leasing, filing, billing, collections, Word and Excel computer skills, managing staff and the office. Qualifications for grounds maintenance would include minor landscaping and equipment use, basic tools for repairs, ability to refurbish a unit for leasing, basic maintenance of property.

Both team members should be able to interact positively with tenants.
