Self-Storage Management Couple Needed - Live onsite - Carrollton (North Dallas), TX

We are looking for an energetic and motivated couple with a strong work ethic to live on site and manage the day to day operations of a 330 unit storage facility. The position requires that the managers live on site.
The couple will work together running the office and maintaining the upkeep of the property. One position will be considered full time and one position will be considered part time to relieve the full time position and work the remaining hours. The salary package includes the use of an apartment with utilities included.
Major responsibilities will be:
Office - Renting units to new tenants, taking payments, processing move outs and collecting on past due rent to include quarterly lien auctions. Manager must be computer literate and internet familiar. Managers will also be responsible for the safe keeping of all monies coming into facility and make weekly deposits to the bank and producing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to owner. Successful managers will work proactively on marketing and advertising.
The office hours are Monday thru Friday 9-5:30 and Saturday 9-5:00 and the gate is open Monday through Saturday 7:00-7:00. The office is closed on Sunday.
Managers will communicate with owners on a regular basis.
Property - Managers will be responsible for doing a security check in the morning and evening, making sure that nothing looks disturbed or out of place and that units are generally secure.
Managers will also maintain the cleanliness and neatness of all vacant units and the property in general, making sure that all trash and debris are removed, grass is cut and weeds are treated. A daily inspection would be requirement of management.
All applicants will be subject to a criminal background check, credit check and drug screening.

On-Site Innkeeper (Couple) - Bradenton, FL

Motel Property Owner seeks permanent full time Onsite Innkeeper (couple) for daily operations of 17 unit residential motel (mixture of daily, weekly, and monthly) and adjacent 9 units.
Duties Include:
- Collection of rents and basic record keeping.
- Responsible for turning over vacancies when guests/tenants vacate the unit.
- Responsible for general housekeeping: cleaning rooms, kitchens, appliances, bathrooms, laundering linen, sweeping and mopping.
- Responsible for maintaining general appearance of the property: sidewalks, parking lot, hallways, and common areas.
- Responsible for accurate weekly and monthly preventative maintenance of units and building.
- Maintain flexible work schedule to cover vacancies or customer issues.

Physical demands:

- Five day work week on call remaining two.
Compensation:
Compensation package of $28,000 for year: Includes salary, 2 bedroom living quarters, water, electric, cable, laundry, and 2 weeks vacation after one year service.
Assistant Manager Couple - Tanner, AL

Looking for couple to assist in managing a 168 acre Mobile Home and RV Park in Tanner, Alabama. Duties include both office work and outside work.
Office work involves answering phones, processing payments, handling resident issues, cleaning of laundry, showers and clubhouse and general office work. Ability to work on computer and learn proprietary programs is beneficial. Outside work involves property maintenance, grass cutting, weed whacking, equipment repair, sewer and water repairs, upkeep of buildings and mobile homes that are rented. Hours are 8 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday with an hour for lunch. On call duties are split between the two management teams. Being on call involves taking after hours calls from residents and RV arrivals.
