Domestic Couple - Monaco, Monte Carlo

A family with two children (3 and 1 years old) is looking for domestic couple to look after their 500 m2 flat (primary residence) in Monaco. The couple will be in charge of the flat maintenance throughout the year.

The employers are looking for an experienced and flexible couple who would respond to their requests on a daily basis. In the summer the Principals spend 1 month in Saint Tropez, and in the winter they spend 3 months in Courchevel. The couple or one person from the couple will be required to travel to the holiday residences to ensure high quality service for the family there. 
 
The domestic couple will live in a furnished studio flat in the same building as the employers, all the utilities are paid by the employers.

The domestic couple has to be organised, able to take initiative and work well as a team in order to provide good quality service.

Duties and Responsibilities 
 

• Cleaning of the entire flat 
• Laundry
• Making beds, opening curtains  
• Ironing clothes, including delicate fabrics 
• Grocery shopping and managing budgets 
• Monthly expenditure reporting 
• Cooking traditional meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) - (French, Italian cuisine, seafood)
• Table service 
• Minor repairs in the flat 
• Watering plants in the evenings and daily cleaning of the terrace 
• Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers 
• House maintenance 
• Looking after the children (take them to nursery, organize activities, take to a park, babysitting during the day) – in the evenings there is a nanny who cares for the children 
• Chauffeur duties and maintenance of the family vehicles (cleaning, petrol, etc.)
• Walking a dog (Jack Russells), feeding and looking after the dog in the absence of the employers 

Accommodation
 
Furnished studio flat in the same building with the Principals  
Housing tax, electricity, telephone and internet paid by the employers 


Schedule

From Monday to Saturday morning – 1 ½ days off per week

4 400 euros net per month for the couple

• Cooking breakfast for 6-7 people (healthy low fat and gluten free meals)
• Serving meals and drinks 
• Taking care of the family cat (feeding, washing, walking) 
• Reporting to the Principals
• Receiving and greeting guests 
• Packing and unpacking family’s suitcases
• Dealing with outside contractors and catering services when needed

5 days per week (8-9 hours per day)

We are looking for an energetic and motivated couple with a strong work ethic to live on site and manage the day to day operations of a 367 unit storage facility. The position requires that the managers live on site.

The couple will work together running the office and maintaining the upkeep of the property. One position will be considered full time and one position will be considered part time to relieve the full time position and work the remaining hours. The salary package includes the use of an apartment with utilities included.

Major responsibilities will be:

Office - Renting units to new tenants, taking payments, processing move outs and collecting on past due rent to include quarterly lien auctions. Manager must be computer literate and internet familiar. Managers will also be responsible for the safe keeping of all monies coming into facility and make weekly deposits to the bank and producing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to owner. Successful managers will work proactively on marketing and advertising.

Managers will communicate with owners on a regular basis.

Property - Managers will be responsible for doing a security check in the morning and evening, making sure that nothing looks disturbed or out of place and that units are generally secure.
Managers will also maintain the cleanliness and neatness of all vacant units and the property in general, making sure that all trash and debris are removed, grass is cut and weeds are treated. A daily inspection would be requirement of management.
