FEATURED JOB OPENING: Immediate Caretaker Couple for Rental Property - Fraser, CO

Non- Smokers  Caretaker Couple needed for immediate position at our short term rental home on 5 wooded acres in Fraser, Colorado. In exchange for duties listed but not limited to you will receive free rent, free utilities, satellite TV, wireless internet in an onsite unfurnished one bedroom/one bath apartment including appliances and washer/dryer.

Winter Duties: Clean house thoroughly after guest departs, change linens, launder linens, clean snow off walkways and decks, remove snow off part of the roof (when needed). Maintain wood in natural gas Log furnance to save on utility bills. Clean garage floors (especially during Winter), service indoor hot tub, clean fireplace (remove ashes) and re-stock wood box next to fireplace as needed.

Summer Duties: Clean house thoroughly after guest departs, change linens, launder linens, wash deck and deck furniture, wash windows, stain deck and trim as needed, paint indoors as needed, light flower gardening and water plants on deck.Help owners to cut and split firewood on property with log spliter and chainsaws for next winters firewood.
