Work Camper Couple for Cleaning - North Truro, Cape Cod, MA

We are a family owned and operated campground on beautiful Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Our wooded campground is situated on about 58 acres of pine forest near the tip of Cape Cod, completely surrounded by the Cape Cod National Seashore, less than a half mile walk to stunning Head of the Meadow Beach. We are looking to hire a few excellent work camper couples for the summer from mid-May to mid-September, 2017 to help us carry on our tradition of camping excellence.
We currently have cleaning openings for two couples. The first couple would perform the daily cleaning duties for our shower facilities and our recreation hall, as well as, walking throughout the campground picking up the campground roads, pathways and campsites daily. The second cleaning couple would perform the daily cleaning of our four restroom facilities, including checking the bathrooms each morning and each afternoon, restocking paper towels and toilet paper and quickly tidying up, as well as performing a more detailed cleaning once per day. Lastly we also have an opening for a nightly guard to walk our property nightly from about 10:30 pm – 1:00 am to encourage campground quiet hours and fire safety, and then to assist with other miscellaneous projects around the campground on a daily basis.
For each of these positions we would provide a free campsite with full hookups and in addition would pay $10 per hour for every hour worked, plus a 10% End of Season Bonus at the end of the summer. We have a 3000 acre estate adjacent to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park with a primary residence, a two bedroom seperate home for a caretaker couple and two other guest houses. Our Daughter also has her own home on the mountain.
The job requires a clean and sober person that is a self starter "jack of all trades" who can see what needs to be attended to on the estate and takes action. At times wnen needed, the Caretaker will have extra help to maintain the property. The Caretaker will be more or less on call for any emergency such as loss of water, power etc, but generally 7 to 8 hours a day plus a half day on Sunday as necessary +/- 40 to 42 hrs/week. The caretaker's "significant other" will help my wife with general cleaning, bed making when we have guests, and helping with parties and events....More or less 15 to 20 hours a week. Both will be independent contractors per an agreement that outlines duties and responsibilities.
A truck, reasonable gas allowance, all utilities, TV, cell phone, heating and A/C will be furnished plus a cash starting compensation of $1,300/month for a six month trial period going to $1,500/month after. Paid leave beginning at two weeks.

This is a great job! We travel four to six months per year, so you need to be a responsible, mature in thought and action, couple. This can be a long term engagement or for a minimum of two years...We have over 20 miles of walking and ATV trails and a scerene place in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg on a five mile trout stream that you will also manage for us.
Position could be open almost immediately or in May of next year - Your choice.
Storage Management Team/Couple - Tallahassee, FL

Resident Manager TEAM (2 Persons) Manufactured Housing Community (Oregon) Resident Manager TEAM Job Responsibilities for Manufactured Housing Community: This position is very much like being the Mayor, Police Chief, Supervisor, Gardener, Maintenance and Civil Engineer. A multi-lingual ability, English/Spanish is preferred, but not necessary.
Work hours are full time Monday through Friday or as needed with weekends off. However, individuals must possess an attitude of self-motivation, problem-solving and hands-on approach to the task and objectives of the moment. Being able to prioritize work and budget for the community needs is essential. A daily inspection of the property is expected. Assist residents to maintain their property in a way that enhances the visual and physical comfort of the community at large by giving notice in a respectful manner that compliance with rules and regulations is necessary (this is where the Mayor/Police Chief sales skills come in handy).
Office Manager Duties: Public Interaction -- Answering the phone and assisting "walk-in" traffic. Thus, emotional maturity, being organized, efficient, diplomatic, being able to deal with a diverse population in a fair and ethical manner are absolutely necessary. Other office duties: Complete rental applications. Run credit checks. Know Laws and Park Rules. Off-site Management firm assists with these as well as working with attorneys if need be. Collect and post rent in an accurate manner. Basic computer skills to operate computerize office system designed for this application. Most of the activity of this nature occurs the last few days of each month and first 5 days of the following month so having the office open and being available is key. In between such activities, other notices such as "compliance issues" (late rent payment, yard maintenance, etc.) are delivered to the residents. Follow-up to these notices is a BIG factor in having residents comply and be happy at the same time. One must recognize that not all people are happy all the time so there are challenges in dealing with residents. Be responsible for petty cash, bank deposits, rental agreements, etc.
Maintenance is important and the individual will need a working understanding of electrical, plumbing, home repair and landscaping Gardening -- around the manager's unit and other common areas. Adding enhancements to beautify areas of the community is a bonus. ?Attend meetings to keep current on up-dates laws and to enhance one's own job performance.
A little bit about this community. This 100 space family mobile home community located in the Eugene area. Qualified candidates must pass a background check which includes, but not limited to, credit, criminal, eviction history and mandatory drug testing.
Qualifications: We are seeking an energetic, self motivated TEAM (2 PERSONS), who enjoy people, office work to include rent collections, enforcement of Rules & Regs, physical outdoor duties to include landscape maintenance and basic handyman services.
