Highly motivated HANDS ON COUPLE will be responsible for assisting in overall operations of a large community, including but not limited to maintaining of complexes and common areas (interior and exterior), collections, tenant relations and enforcement of rules/home/lot compliance, help in preparation of all tenant, lender and contractor agreements and rental documents, vetting viable contractors, managing payables, bookkeeping entry and report generation, so computer knowledge a must.Please check out our website.

Basic understanding of landlord/tenant laws a plus. Proactive maintenance of equipment and operations procedures a must! Ability to effectively market  homes is helpful.
