Seeking an experienced and qualified couple to Manage a 55+ manufactured home and RV community in Brownsville, TX. Ideally one person for inside office work and the other for maintenance management outside.
Ideal candidate(s) should be computer literate, have management experience, collections, customer service, and/or a sales background. Applicants are required to have a valid driver's license, High School Diploma or equivalent and must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug test.
Must be proficient in personal computer skills and in business-related computer software, including Microsoft Office and e-mail.Basic knowledge on maintenance, irrigation, pool maintenance, HVAC, light electrical, remodeling, and general grounds maintenance is preferred.
Duties

RV Park Housekeeping & Maintenance Position - Bernardo, NM

Work Camper Couple wanted - Position starts April 1, 2017 - 1 person house keeping owners home & 1 person outside work around park 2 days per week with 5 total days off. compensation is 5 days off, full hook-up RV site provided with W/E/S, free laundry, free wifi. No monetary compensation. Position does require minimum 6 month commitment up to year if all works out. Each position requires 6-8 hours per day. We can accept a single if we have to but only for the housekeeping position.
Both persons must be physically able to do these positions even though neither position is extremely strenuous. Both persons must be pet friendly with no pet allergies or cleaning product allergies, because the owners have rescued pets.
House keeping home is a 3 bedroom home with tile (no carpet), 2 baths, living room, kitchen & sun room. Cleaning duties each work day are: sweeping, mopping, dusting, laundry of clothing and bedding, cleaning of bathrooms. Each day can be completed in 6-8 hours.
Outside Worker - will work special projects & will work along with park work camper on duty most days: duties around park are raking, trimming, painting, repairs, helping keep park neat & tidy. Helping manager with special projects as needed. Must be able to use tools such as rake, shovel, hand-held leaf blower, golf-cart with garden cart, limb lopers, pole saw, etc.
Our park is a quiet, clean 50+ park. Adult only park. We will accept work campers who are younger than 50, with no children. We would love to have you join us. We are south of Albuquerque, NM but close enough to get there for shopping and nightlife. There are lots of things to see and do using our park as a starting point. Old missions, ghost towns, casinos, train rides into Albuquerque or Santa Fe for the day, hiking, etc.

Campground Host - Pinecrest, CA
