We are currently looking for go-getter individuals or couples to manage and maintain our upscale, family owned and operated communities located in the Midwest (Great locations in the Chicago suburbs and St. Louis (IL) suburbs) and Florida (Week Wachee (Tampa) Area). You must be looking for stable, long term employment. This position will include a base salary, housing allowance, aggressive commission structure and a pension/401K program; no medical benefits are provided. Relocation may be required.
Applicant(s) should have property management, sales/leasing and some basic property maintenance experience. To be responsible, for all phases of the operation of the Property, including, but not limited to, general administration, leasing, Resident relations, collection of rents and control of all personnel and resources so that the Community is maintained at all times in good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation. Adhering to all applicable fair housing laws governing real estate sales, leasing and maintenance is mandatory for this position.
The following is meant to cover the majority of the tasks to be performed:
Administrative •Collect payments and handle delinquent accounts •Making deposits •Recording payments •Adhere to all appropriate Company policies, including, but not limited to use of property management software system, petty cash reports, summary reports, and special accounting items •Processing invoices for payment •Maintaining proper safe storage of resident files and records •Process utility readings at some locations •Prepare general property correspondence •Prepare and process leases and related forms •Undertake credit checks for new tenants (conferring with home office) •Purchase supplies for the community
Management •Physically examine the property on a regular basis •Receive and resolve resident complaints •Assist in planning resident activities •Supervise other community employees •Fill vacant sites •Handle all details of move-ins and move-outs •Ensure that residents are provided with a clean, safe, well maintained community •Work within the established budget and notify the management of any possible variations •Work with residents and resident organizations •Report accidents and emergency situations to the home office immediately and prepare the proper reports •Ensure tenants adhere to community rules and regulations •Keep current with rules and regulations of local and state manufactured housing laws •Advise of any homes in the community that are being offered for sale by the residents
Sales •Show new and used homes for sale •List resident homes for sale in approved communities •Maintain regular contact with all manufactured home retailers within your market so they are always aware of any vacant sites in the community •Place advertising for homes for sale within the community •Complete required documents for a home sale •Adhere to all state retailer license laws, regulations, rules and guidelines

Work expected:
“Inside” Reception of guests, answering phones, taking reservations, payments, confirmations, emails, paperwork, check-ins, explanation of fees and policies, sales of in store merchandise, cash handling and change, cash drawer reporting at end of shift, light cleaning, and maintaining office equipment and supplies. Must be able to utilize computer programs such as: windows, Chrome, Google, Square, Word, REZ reservation system -similar to campground manager. Typing proficiency, multitasking and frequently standing up and walking around is necessary.
“Outside” Assistist with parking rigs, pumping propane, inspecting/ correcting sites, explaining (not enforcing) rules, picking up and delivering fire pits and wood, trash, bathrooms. Knowledge of and practical experience with: Landscaping, plumbing (septic), electrical, operating equipment and general maintenance. May require manual labor: heavy lifting, digging, raking, watering, walking and often being outside all shift. Golf Cart driving necessary.

Gain knowledge of the area to answer inquiries and offer suggestions. Adept at maintaining composure while diffusing complaints- taking corrective actions to appease, or explaining rules and policy kindly and steadfastly. Be Reliable, and Honorable. You need a smartphone with data for texting- Windows OS is preferable. Uniforms may be required and would be provided.

Volunteer Park Attendant Assistant and Day Use Host - Celina, TN

We are seeking for the 2017 recreation season both volunteer recreation area host and volunteer camp host positions. Both positions offer the opportunity to work with the public, provide customer service, support your federal lands, meet new people, make new friends and enjoy the rustic beauty found only in middle Tennessee.
The duties vary depending on the position. An individual campsite with hookups located with a beautiful lake view will be provided along with training and support as necessary. Volunteers will work no more than 20 hours a week but may involve weekends and summer holidays. Preference is given to those volunteers who chose to be with us the entire open season. Volunteers may also be subject to a background check.
Our Lake is a beautiful crystal clear lake surrounded by forested hillsides and is known for a variety of water and land based recreation including fishing, boating, and camping just to name a few.
