We are in need of two persons to do general caretaking and animal care at our home in southern Vermont.

Charming, very private, rustic cabin and utilities in exchange, plus some hours for pay. This is a full-time, two to three-year live-in commitment.

Couple needed for RV Park - Hagerman, ID

Couple needed to work at nice RV Village in our beautiful Hagerman Valley (Hagerman, Idaho) normally we have mild winters and warm summers.

Job responsblities would incude:  Grounds Keeping, Housekeeping, Filling in at the Office, General Maintenace and any other jobs we need assistance with at the time. 

Needed immedately.

Must be Honest, Good Work Ethic, Able to Work Unsupervised, Detail Orieted is a must (Housekeeping - We require very detailed cleaning and grounds must be well kept)

We are looking for a retired couple interested in a perminant position.

We have a small 69 site RV Park with a few Cabins and a few Park Models located in a small town close to the Snake River (Lots of Boating and Very Good Fishing in the Area).

Idealy we want to have 2 couples working at various times Monday thru Sunday (Office Hours 10AM - 7PM) so you would have a flexible work schedule which we would work out.  I work in the office full-time so I would only require part-time help most of the time.

Yardi Voyager System Maintenance Tech- Must have STRONG apartment turn over experience along with the ability to perform day to day repairs of a 76 unit community. Complete work orders in a timely manner. Have basic carpentry, wall repair, plumbing, and electrical skills. Maintains grounds and common areas. Provide 24 hour emergency maintenance service. Maintains inventory of equipment and supplies. Must be able to take directions, and be self starter. Relate professionally with residents, vendors and other employees. Have drivers license and insurance for Washington. Treat all residents of the community with respect and compassion.

Housekeeping, Front Desk and General Maintenance (couple or individual) - Gunnison, CO

We are seeking up to two individuals for the 2017 summer season (May to November.) We are seeking folks who can help with housekeeping, some front desk assistance and possible additional hours helping with light maintenance. This job is appopriate for a single with job duties limited to housekeeping and front desk assistance.

We would want individuals who can commit to approximately 20 hours a week. There is a possiblity of additional hours if interested.

We are a small (currently 17 units) retro lodging property located on three acres with easy access to downtown, fishing, hiking and mountain biking.

We are highly rate on Trip Advisor. It is important to us that employees are willing to work to a high standard.

We provide housing (a large RV—while nice for a couple not suitable for a family), utilities and wages. Wages are based on experience.

We are located in the middle of a very nice neighborhood. The location will be quiet, and the neighbors are very friendly. The owner of the property will generally be on site as well.

This is a perfect job for someone who is looking for a way to spend the time in Gunnison and Colorado and yet still have plenty of time to enjoy all area.
