Charming Cabin for Caretaker Couple - Windham County, VT

Idealy we want to have 2 couples working at various times Monday thru Sunday (Office Hours 10AM - 7PM) so you would have a flexible work schedule which we would work out. I work in the office full-time so I would only require part-time help most of the time.

Complete work orders in a timely manner. Have basic carpentry, wall repair, plumbing, and electrical skills. Maintains grounds and common areas. Provide 24 hour emergency maintenance service. Maintains inventory of equipment and supplies. Must be able to take directions, and be self starter. Relate professionally with residents, vendors and other employees. Have drivers license and insurance for Washington. Treat all residents of the community with respect and compassion.

We provide housing (a large RV—while nice for a couple not suitable for a family), utilities and wages. Wages are based on experience.
We are located in the middle of a very nice neighborhood. The location will be quiet, and the neighbors are very friendly. The owner of the property will generally be on site as well.
This is a perfect job for someone who is looking for a way to spend the time in Gunnison and Colorado and yet still have plenty of time to enjoy all area.
