As property managers, you will be responsible for leasing, marketing, rent collection and cost control. Success in this position will require a high level of drive, salesmanship, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Operating the office during normal working hours 
- In-person sales
- Answering telephone inquiries (telephone sales)
- Responding to email inquiries
- Collecting rent, including proactively calling customers with past due accounts
- Completing administrative tasks
- Inspecting / monitoring grounds daily
- Completing move-in paperwork / inspections
- Responding to customer service requests
- Cleaning vacated units and perform other light physical labor / maintenance
- Processing auction units in compliance with statute

Successful candidate must display enthusiasm, good interpersonal skills, self-motivation, thoroughness, and reliability. Prior self storage management experience is required along with a high quality work ethic. The ideal candidate will work well with little supervision and demonstrate a high degree of initiative.

Owners of a Florida retreat home are seeking property caretakers to manage, clean, cook, maintain, garden and generally care for the property for and on behalf of the owners and their guests. The home is used as a guest home and rented to groups doing retreats and vacations.

The property sits on 6 acres on the banks of the St. Sebastian River, contains a 5 bedroom home with a pool and an in laws quarters where the caretakers would live. There is also a glamping camp site with outdoor showers and composting toilettes that are used for retreats.  The property is located in a wonderfully beautiful quiet town of Sebastian, Florida on Florida’s treasure coast, which is known for it’s natural beauty, pristine beaches, great surf and southern hospitality.

A not-for-profit, Christ-centered homeless shelter for men, women and families located in Boonville Missouri is looking for a full-time Resident Manager. This is an ideal position for a high-energy married couple interested in ministry to the homeless.

The Resident Manager will work directly with the Board of Directors to meet the needs of the clients served by the Harvest House. This is a management position that requires developed skills in project organization and management, food service, public relations and written and oral communication skills as well as computer and reporting skills. The Resident Manager serves as the on-site manager of Harvest House. 

Compensation includes salary, housing, utilities, meals and two weeks annual vacation.
