We are hiring friendly, healthy, energetic, computer savvy RV couples starting May 1st for busy resort front desk. 3-6 month commitment preferred.

High desert climate (cool nights). River, lakes, mountains, ghost towns and many other NM attractions nearby. Work together, 8 hour shifts. Part time! Enjoy 3-4 days off/week, first 10 hours per person (20 hours/couple) worked for FHU RV site with Direct TV, wifi, free laundry, plus FREE unlimited hot springs soaks. Hawaii location A unique opportunity has arisen to maintain a holiday home in Hawaii. This role would suit a live-in couple, comfortable accommodation forms part of your package. You will be maintaining the established garden and grounds of a private residence in Hawaii.

Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Ongoing cleaning and basic maintenance of an expansive residential property • Weeding and maintaining a clean work site including sheds and some equipment • General cleaning and upkeep of the grounds • Housekeeping duties including laundry and housework, removal of rubbish

Campground or RV Park Maintenance - Midland, TX

Need a couple or single to do maintenance in an RV Park in Midland, TX. Experience required. Pay plus full hook up site.

Host Position - Alamogordo, NM

Looking for a couple to work on Friday and Saturday in exchange for a free site, electric, laundry and WIFI.  The hours are from 0900am-6:00pm.  Need both to be motivated, good with public, self-driven, knowledgeable, willing to identify and fix issues within budget.

Outside responsibilities

Maintain outside aspects of the park by pulling weeds, painting/staining ,checking sewer caps, hydrant functionality, lubrication, fence repair, gates, valves, fittings, lighting, equipment maintenance, cabin repair, and general upkeep.  Need general knowledge and capability of carpentry, electrical, plumbing and mechanical in order to keep park in operating order. 

Customer service with a positive response on issues and develop solutions to problems.  Works well with others, takes input as an opportunity, can work from written instruction, project oriented, follow standard operating procedures, has a good driving record, and willing to pump and haul sewer out of a pickup truck and tank.  NO CDL required.  Follow maintenance schedules and willing to perform routine cleaning, raking, yard maintenance, landscaping, and capable of making advanced improvements. 

Inside responsibilities

Need to be good with the public and confident of making decisions, motivated in making improvements.  Willing to clean bathrooms, office, laundry area and gift shop daily.  Good with computers, programs, word processing, filing, organization of data, phone reservations, and multi-tasking.  Need to have good interpersonal skills for dealing with customers, handling of difficult situations while following protocols, rules and regulations.  Helps with cabin documentation, check-in, check-out procedures, and doing back-ground checks.  Involved in the transition process of guest in and out of cabins, such as inventory sheets, paperwork, linens, deposits, and closing.  Can recognize improvements and carry out implementation.  Easy to work with, good organizer, planner, detailed at opening and closing.

Resident Manager Couple - Manchester, UK

An exciting opportunity based in the centre of Manchester has arisen for a customer service focused couple who are happy to live on-site and work flexible hours. This is a rare opportunity for a couple to run and effectively manage a residential site with guidance and support from the Operations Manager.

The Resident Manager couple will be primarily responsible for fostering and maintaining a friendly and professional environment for residents, prospects, service providers and contractors whilst maximizing profitability and maintaining brand standards. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Business Development & Marketing (both individuals) - Conduct monthly market surveys, have an understanding of market conditions and competition, hold 'open houses', recommend rental rates to Operations Manager.
• Lettings & Administrative - Conduct viewings to prospective tenants, process resident applications, deposit and rent collection, negotiate tenancy renewals, use of property management software.
• Customer Service (both individuals) - Effective and courteous communication between residents and colleagues, organise, promote and run resident events, insure issues/service requests are dealt with within 24 hours.
• Develop & Manage Teams(both individuals) - support of new team members, interview candidates, attend and contribute to team meetings, encourage staff development and a strong customer service environment.
• General care and development of the asset - Comply with regular fire safety and health and safety standards, general property management duties such as general maintenance, cleaning and decorating, scheduled flat inspections.

Skills & Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in residential property management or related business (office administration, skilled-trade)
• Proven track records of assisting in the management of profit and loss accounts
• Proven track records in delivering successful results against sales targets
• Demonstrable experience of effective communication, both oral and written
• Intermediate skills in the use of business operating systems including Microsoft Office
• Ability to be on call for 4-5 nights per week
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays
