We are looking for a team experienced in managing a family mobilehome park that will provide overall park management to include billing, 30, 60, and 90 Day Notices, Leases, preparing and balancing monthly reports, Property Maintenance, etc.  An important attribute would be to have workable computer skills, especially in using Microsoft Word and Excel, full usage of the Internet, sending and receiving email with attachments.

We are looking for a couple who will take care of guests and accomodation (10 units). You will look after the guests and see to that the accomodations are prepared when they arrive. You will check them in and out and you are the first point of contact for both, camping guests and campsite administration.

The season starts end of april and ends end of september. Our head office is situated in Germany, the guests mainly come from the Netherlands, Germany and Denmark, therefore language skills are certainly helpful.

Seeking couples for office and maintenance positions who are fun, active, people orientated, and who want to spend their summer in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota as a part of our family.

Seeking 26– 28 hours a week (per couple) of work with coordinating days off to enjoy all this area has to offer. 

Compensation includes a full hookup RV site with water, sewer, electricity, Cable TV, and wireless internet service. Sites are within the campground, spacious, and with all amenities of our premium sites.  These sites rent for $41.00 -$43.00 a day.

Also included are Black Hills VIP passes granting free access to much of the Black Hills Area attractions valued at over $400.00. 

There is a mix of Office and Maintenance duties included in all schedules.

Typical office duties include:

Check in arriving guests

Take reservations via email and phone

Assist customers with questions about the Black Hills Area.

Cleaning and general upkeep of office

Experience with Campground Master Reservation software is a plus.

Any party working in the office is required to be computer literate as well as comfortable in the use of e-mail, voicemail, and payment processing systems.

Typical maintenance duties include:

Site cleaning and maintenance upon guest departure.

Bath House, cabin, and general facilities cleaning.

Grounds maintenance ie. mowing and trimming, building and facility repair, firewood splitting and bundling, RV site repair,  and general day to day upkeep of the park.

Escorting Guests to their site.

Residential (Live In) Caretaker (or couple) - North Vancouver, BC

Responsibilities and Scope:  Provides security, janitorial, small repair and maintenance in a 24 unit residential apartment building and three houses (27 beds).  We are a charity who provides housing and support for individuals in recovery and living with mental health illnesses.  Availability most evenings and week-ends is required. We estimate this is a half time position with the ability to flex time as duties require and permit.  A non-smoking two bedroom apartment is available for the successful applicant in lieu of salary.   This position reports to a full time Manager of Supportive Housing.

General Duties

1.       Maintain clean, safe facilities and surrounding property conducting cleaning, regular maintenance and repairs as needed.

2.       Monitor safety of premises and quiet enjoyment of all tenants.

3.       Promote and maintain cordial relationships with each tenant.

Skills and Abilities:

a.       Two to three years’ experience as a caretaker. Training in Building Management/Maintenance or equivalent is an asset. Ability to use hand and power tools in           a safe and responsible manner. Experience as a handyman: repairs, drywall, painting, minor plumbing and minor electrical repair required.

b.      Ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing. Other languages, such as Farsi, an asset.

c.       Ability to use cell phone, text, email and word processing.

d.      Excellent time management skills; diligent and completes work in a timely and thorough manner. Honest, trustworthy and possesses excellent cultural                      awareness and sensitivity.

e.       Ability to work independently, take initiative and demonstrate sound work ethics.

f.        Physically fit - may be required to move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies (up to 50 lbs.)

g.       Familiarity with the Residency tenancy act and regulations and WHIMS

h.      Thorough knowledge andcomplianceof agency policies and procedures including safety policies.

i.         Familiarity with mental health first aid and de- escalation techniques or willingness to develop skills.

j.         Access to a car/van an assist.

Cooks & Food Service Workers - Steep Falls, ME

Our Campground has openings for Couples to work in our food service dept. Experience would be helpful but not required.

We are 45 minutes West of Portland , Maine.

The pay for these positions is 10.00 per hour  for all hours worked. There is a commitment completion bonus of .50 per hour for all hours worked. You are welcome to stay until the Campground closes and no additional work is required , that would be your choice.

These positions start  May 23 , 2017 through September 10, 2017. May & June is part-time 25-30 hours per week and  July & August is 40 hours per week every week.
