We are currently looking for Houseparents for our Residential Program. The right couple will identify with our core values of Advocacy, Family, Spiritual Development, Education, Mutual Respect, Dignity, Compassion, and Responsibility. This couple will be working with a residential cottage of 6-8 girls, ages 5-17. With our mission and these values in mind, the role will primarily provide:

· A Positive Role Model for all our children

· Care and Supervision for residents in the assigned cottage

· Responsibilities of a Parent to include the provision of Material, Physical, Spiritual, Emotional, and Disciplinary Needs

· Meal Preparation, Menu Documentation, and Grocery Pick Up

· Transportation for cottage residents to all appropriate facilities, to include medical/health & welfare appointments

· Administration & Documentation of Medications

· Facilitation of ongoing relationships with residents and their families

· Ability to follow schedules and participate in related planning

Minimum Qualifications Include:

· High School Diploma or GED

· 1-2 years of experience/education in a similar position

· Valid Driver’s License w/excellent driving record

· Ability to care for up to 12 children

· Must possess and exhibit behavior that demonstrates cultural diversity and sensitivity

· License in Childcare preferred

The work schedule will reflect meeting the needs of the essential job functions and will be overseen by the Residential Care Supervisor. Houseparents typically work 5 days on, and have 3 days off, on a revolving schedule.

We offer a competitive base salary of $42,000 - $50,000 per couple, dependent on experience.

Immediate Opening (Due to Last Minute Cancellation) - Athens, TX

Immediate Opening for a RVing Individual or Couple

We have had a last minute cancellation therefore we find ourselves in need of help "now". We are a small, gated, residential community of mature adults, located in Athens, Texas. We have a immediate opening for an individual or couple to assist us in maintenance. Primary duties will be landscaping (mowing, weed eating, hedge trimming, etc.) but other duties may include light electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance of common areas. An average week will be 18 to 20 hours. If you choose to apply for this position, we ask for a commitment through September.

As compensation, we offer one of our deluxe RV sites with a 2 car carport, 8'x20' storage room and W/D hookups, a fenced yard for your pet, city water and sewer, and trash pickup at your site. In addition, we will pay the first $100 of your electric (currently $0.11 per KWH). Any additional electric usage will be your responsibility.

Live-in Caretakers - Maple Ridge, BC

UBC Malcolm Knapp Research Forest is seeking an energetic, organized, and self-directed couple with a positive attitude for the position of live-in caretaker at the front entrance of the research forest. The caretaker is responsible for being on-site during all non-office hours (4pm until 8am weekdays; all weekends and holidays).

The University of British Columbia’s Malcolm Knapp Research Forest is located in Maple Ridge, British Columbia. The caretaker position includes the residency of a 3 bedroom 1 bath home, electricity and natural gas, one lockable garage space and a monthly stipend.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Providing security during all non-office hours

Interacting with the public on an ongoing basis

Acting as a point of contact for any emergencies or incidents outside of office hours

Maintaining the caretaker residence and performing light repair work as needed

Performing all required grounds keeping duties around the caretaker house, and office

General maintenance of the public parking lots and the entrance gates

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work with minimal direction

Strong project follow through

Ability to pass a criminal background check

Authorized to work in Canada

Fluent English, written and spoken, ability to use email

Non-smoker

Neat, clean and organized

Must be able to live on-site and be on-site during the specified hours

Position requires two people living in the residence, not suitable for one person

Security training course(s)

Experience with small 2 cycle engines

Skid Steer or Fork Lift experience and training

Wildland fire fighting experience

First aid OFA Level One certification

Chainsaw certification and experience

Anticipated start date is April 16, 2017. Due to a policy at the research forest, there are no dogs allowed in the caretaker residence.

Our RV Park, located in Eastern Idaho, is looking for a healthy couple or individual for camp hosts for the 2017 camping season...from @ May 10th through Sept 10th. Duties will include parking guests, watering the campground with sprinkler/hose, and other duties as needed.

Paid 30 hrs/week. If applying as a couple, add'l hrs are optional in the RV office/store. Must work all weekend w/ 2 days off during the week.

Mature Couple Needed for Ranch/Farm Work in Texas Hill Country - Fredericksburg, TX

Mature couple would be responsible for all areas of maintenance, repairs and duties involved with a cattle ranch; barns, ranch house, grounds and landscaping, bed and breakfast operations. Includes experience in the maintance and operation of large tractors, skid steers, bulldoziers and ranch equipment of all sizes; feeding, hauling and working cattle.
