Managers for 12 Unit Motel Needed - Reedsport, OR

Seeking full charge managers who are professional, positive and energetic to manage our 12 unit property in Reedsport, OR on the Umpqua river. This is a full-time live-in year round position.

The ideal couple applicant has customer service experience, a willingness to learn, computer skills, abilityto multi-task, self-motivated, detail oriented and willing and able to perform minor handyperson tasks.

Duties include, but are not limited to: guest relations, reservations, housekeeping, product inventory (no ordering) and minor repair/fixes.

Applicants must have the ability to handle all aspects of daily operations, to include front desk duties (including late night check-ins), handling guest issues with tact and composure, housekeeping and maintaining aclean motel.

Compensation: $1000/mth, upstairs river view studio separate from guest quarters (suitable for 2), all utilities paid, Wi-Fi and appliances.

Managers must be non-smokers of any substance using any method. Background/credit check/drug testing prior to final selection.

Nightly Supervisor Duties: (Included burt not limited to) Collect garbages & recycling (x1-2 per night), ensure quiet time at 11pm and fires are out, help any campers coming in after hours, cleaning bathrooms x2/week.

POS System, checking in/out reservations, making reservations, checking over washrooms/laundry room (and cleaning if needed), general merchandising, helping campers, assisting managers.

Domestic Couple - New York City, NY

A family on the Upper East Side is seeking a high level, energetic live in Domestic Couple for their home.

This position will be 5 days per week, breakfast through dinner. The Couple will be responsible for assisting the family in the move to a new home, deep cleaning of the home, driving when needed, laundry, and silver polishing, grocery shopping, caring for the family's dog when needed, cooking for the family, and cooking and serving for formal parties when the family entertains.

The ideal Couple will have previous experience in a formal home and with formal serving, will be flexible, pitch-in, will have positive attitudes, will be very organised, and will be autonomous.

A separate apartment will be provided, the salary is $140,000-Flexible with Benefits DOE. Must have a US Passport, Green Card, or EAC.

Candidate must have 3+ years of hotel experience, Studio 6 / Motel 6 experience is a plus!
