29 unit seasonal motel looking for live-in innkeepers. Starts as late as mid-June and goes past Labor Day.

Need motel experience in order to check in guests, answer phones and emails, inform housekeepers of rooms needing cleaning all with a view of Lake Superior and Marquette's lower harbor. Handyperson welcome as we need lawns mowed and basic maintenance of grounds and outdoor pool. Two bedroom apartment with utilities,breakfasts and up to two days off per week. $100 per day to start with end of season bonus. Semi-retired couples fine, must be able to climb stairs.

Work Camper Couple - FHU for 3 Hours a Day - Enterprise, OR

Our park is located in the upper-most, Eastern portion, of Oregon near Wallowa Lake State Park.  Amazing hiking, fishing and biking along beautiful vistas, streams and mountains.

In exchange for FUH, we ask the following for only 3-Hours a day:

* Mowing common and campsite areas, when needed

* Irrigation to empty campsite and common areas not covered by sprinklers

* Raking, smoothing campsite gravel (only after a guest has left)

* Cleanout campsite fire pits, to ensure all embers have been properly extinguished (only after a guest has left)

* Removal of dead or dying shrubbery, when needed

* Repairs to fenced areas, when needed

* General cleaning and sanitation of the shower and laundry areas – cleaning supplies are provided

* Using the motorized lawn tractor and tow bucket, empty all trash receptacles on the property, including, Glamping Tents, Front Suite, Shower, Laundry and Office areas

Self-Storage company is interested in hiring very driven single property managers, store teams (couples), and assistant property managers qualified to do all tasks listed in the job description. These individuals will be part of a team, and responsible for maximizing the rental potential of a self-storage facility location and oversee all aspects of storage transactions, customer service, rentals, record-keeping and security.

These individuals will be responsible for the efficient and effective operations of the store through general property maintenance, a strong desire to grow the business,through outside the box thinking, developing effecting branding and marketing strategies, a positive attitude that reflects a desire to maintain the highest level of customer service and respect for internal and external customers.

 All individuals must be able to conduct themselves professionally while servicing customers and both must have the ability to perform office duties. Additional responsibilities include community involvement through marketing initiatives.

All Individual’s must be able to perform office duties as well as light maintenance on property such as removal of weeds, light electrical, light plumbing, cleaning units, fixing doors and removing debris. Individuals must be able to endure exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently and/or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects.

All positions require a valid driver’s license and employees are required to maintain a good driving record to operate motor vehicles.

This is an unusual and flexible opportunity, not an estate situation or estate duties. We are an older, retired couple, living on a large, beautiful, informal country property consisting of gardens, woods, rocks & trails.   We have a spacious one bedroom private cottage, and wish to share our unique property with two people who are experienced and comfortable with nature & wildlife in a quiet country setting.  

The position could be part time for a short time & evolve to full time. Salary commensurate with our needs and your skills and experience. Applicants must be experienced, older adults. They must be open to a long-term job situation,  possibly 4-5+ years. We can't consider people who both have full time jobs.
