Ranch couple needed for traditional cow/calf operation in central Wyoming. Primary responsibilities will be maintaining and operating farm/ranch equipment, irrigating and other ranch work as needed.

Position Overview:

Seeking an experienced Domestic Couple for a private residence located in the Bridal Path area of Toronto. Previous experience in a semi-formal residence is required. Applicants should be flexible with schedules for occasional weekends and special events. This full-time position will be responsible for the day to day running of the residence including housekeeping and cooking. Travel to the Florida residence for several months during the winter is required.

Primary Responsibilities:

·       Day to day running of the residence and property amenities

·       Seasonal deep clean projects

We are interested in a very driven single property manager or a two person team/couple to maximize the rental potential of a self-storage facility location. The individual or team/couple will oversee all aspects of storage transactions, customer service, rentals, office duties, record-keeping and security.

These individuals will be responsible for the efficient and effective operations of the store.  They must have a strong desire to grow the business,through outside the box thinking, developing effecting branding and marketing strategies, a positive attitude that reflects a desire to maintain the highest level of customer service and respect for internal and external customers.The individual or team/couple must be able to conduct themselves professionally while servicing customers that may include community involvement through marketing initiatives.

The individual or team/couple must be able to endure exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently and/or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects.

This position requires a valid driver’s license and maintains a good driving record to operate motor vehicles with both types of transmission (automatic or standard).
