You can bring your horses and FRIENDLY PETS. There is a self contained cabin for you if you do not have an RV. This is a volunteer position to start, offering only a stipend to reimburse some living costs while here. Compensation is based on ability and commitment. I like to say LONG HOURS & LOW PAY, but chores are very few in winter / fall. Summer is busy on weekends and during Burningman event. There is as much here to become a member of this family as one would desire. Mechanical, cooking, quads, and horse experience desired. Alpaca Farm Management in Beautiful Missouri Wine Country - St. Charles, MO

Immediate long term opening for an on premises couple to manage alpaca ranch operation. Duties include alpaca herd health, reproductive management, and registration as well as barn, pasture and fence maintenance. Duties include taking alpacas to shows, selling alpacas and alpaca products

Position includes use of on-site, stand alone, three-bedroom ranch home plus vehicle for ranch chores and local alpaca shows.

Property host(s)/Caretaker(s) - Yerington, NV

We are looking for a property host (individual or couple) to live on a rural property along the East Walker River in Nevada (9 Mile Ranch). The property is very remote and is at least one hour away from the city of Yerington, NV and about a 25 mile drive on dirt roads to a small grocery store in Hawthorne, NV. Reno, NV is the nearest large city and it is about 3 hours away. There is a great opportunity for exploration both on the property and in surrounding areas for those who like to be outdoors and hike. Pets like cats or dogs are also ok.

This position is unpaid, but we are providing the water and utilities and a small weekly stipend to help cover gas and incidentals. We will not be asking much of the person/people in this position other than that they maintain a presence at the property to deter trespass and to report any issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Person/Couple must have their own trailer or RV AND a personal vehicle
• Live on the property full time for the duration of the contract. 

Length of time is negotiable, three months preferred.

We are looking for a full-time on-site property manager for our peaceful and quiet mobile home park located in Columbus, Ohio. Command of Spanish is strongly preferred, although not exclusive, as well as knowledge of computers. Couples may apply if you want to share the work.

Work includes: grounds maintenance, light home repair work, rent collection, passing out notices, and showing homes. We will provide housing and utilities, plus a salary.
