Domestic Couple - Mendham, NJ

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Domestic Couple for semi-formal residence located in Mendham, New Jersey. Previous experience in a semi-formal residence is required. This live-in position will be responsible for the day to day running of the residence and property, hands on participation for interior and exterior care to maintain high standards and efficiency. Applicants must have previous experience in private service for all elements of residential amenities, managing trades and vendors, general handyman skills, household inventories and home tech services. Light national travel required.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Daily housekeeping to maintain household standards including care of fine finishes, china, silver, cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, laundry and ironing
· Organize and manage household inventories, closets and storage areas
· Wardrobe management on a seasonal basis or as special needs arise
· Packing and unpacking for travel
· Scheduling and managing trades and vendors
· Front door management including greeting guests and receiving packages
· Special projects that could include but are not limited to quarterly deep cleans, kitchen/bedroom cupboard clean and reorganization, refrigerator clean and reorganization
· Vehicle management
· Greeting of guests and visitors, answering of telephone and taking messages
· Running of errands and grocery shopping
Applicant Qualities:
· Must have previous experience working in a semi-formal style residence
· Excellent housekeeping and laundry skills, knowledge of products and methods of use
· Must be flexible with work schedule
· Must be comfortable with children and pets
· Applicants must be service oriented and self-starters
· Knowledgeable with practical handy man experience and management of trades and vendors
· Applicants should be energetic with a strong work ethic, strong communication skills and ability to anticipate needs of principals
· Applicants should have a neat and polished appearance
· Must exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
· Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record
· Must be legally entitled to work in the United States

Hospice Home Live In Care Givers / Managers - Orem, UT

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and caring individual or couple.
Our organization has been in business for over 12 years and recently opened the 1st of its kind in Utah, Hospice Home. This is a home for 8 terminally ill residents who have chosen a "home" environment over a hospital or their own home to be cared for in their last months of life.
We are currently hiring for a couple to move in to the home to provide care for these residents. We provide a brand new 2 bedroom apartment, complete with fridge, and dishwasher. We cover cable, all utilities, internet, laundry facility, and the served meals. We also offer a competitive salary based on the occupancy of the home, up to 43,000 a year for just salary compensation.
The manager is responsible for;
Checking in new residents, making sure each room has everything the resident needs.
Cleaning rooms upon the resident leaving the home, to prepare for another resident.
Making sure all the residents are fed, meal prep for of the daily menus. Making a weekly menu that fits each residents dietary needs, grocery shopping.
Keep record of medications given, give medications to residents as required or needed.
Change bedding if soiled and a CNA is not due to me for more than 3 hours.
Help residents eat, bath, ambulate, re-position, and use bathroom if a CNA is unavailable.
Arrange Volunteers to visit and do activities with the residents.
Keep family members, and nursing staff of the resident informed at all times.
Keep home clean with help from housekeeper. This includes; dishes, trash, carpet cleaning, laundry, bathroom, and other home duties.
Manage CNA, Housekeeping, and Landscaping Staff.
Be able to show the home to prospective residents and family.
Orientate Family of new resident paperwork, and collect monthly rents. Invoicing, and record keeping needed.
Check on residents regularly, respond to call button night or day.
