Our Opportunity
Have you ever wanted to run a resort? We are looking for a bright, talented, self-motivated management team for our Sand Lake Resort property. An example of a team dynamic that has worked in the past for us is that one person would work part time in the office or cleaning, while the other person would work part to full time in maintenance and facility care. This position is very hands-on. Part of the compensation for this position is onsite living quarters with all utilities paid. The resort is owned and managed by Summit Management, which owns several other rental properties and manufactured home communities in Minnesota. The Summit Management headquarters is located in Stillwater, MN.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answering phones, emails and all inquiries
• Management of reservation system
• Respond to all guest requests is a timely and professional manner
• Maintenance, repairs, replacements, and upkeep of property and rental units as needed
• Grounds keeping, including snow removal and lawn maintenance
• Staffing the office and office administration
• Manage independently all customer relations including inquiries and concerns
• Run errands as necessary
• Routine housekeeping of cabins including laundry and cleaning
• Organize, assist (and lead) with miscellaneous projects and developments
• Maintain equipment for the resort
• Rental boat upkeep and maintenance

Key Requirements:
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Must be friendly and knowledgeable in order to assist guests
• Computer experience
• Must be able to work well as a team and complement each other's skills
• Previous Maintenance Experience
• Ability to maintain and work resort equipment including but not limited to: boats, lawnmower and snow blower.
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs.

Seeking Perfect Couple for Onsite Property Management - Gulf Shores, AL

Seeking the perfect couple for onsite property management for a 70 unit condo complex in Gulf Shores, Alabama.  Package includes a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom home onsite, rent-free with paid utilities. 

The ideal candidates should have the ability to perform preventative maintenance and oversee larger maintenance jobs and negotiate and manage contracts with outside vendors. Duties also include managing office with light computer skills and property oversight. 

Property manager will not manage rental of units or collect rent or HOA fees.

Duties transition to new managers October 1st.
