Assistant Manager:He/she is in charge of Front Office operations and oversees Housekeeping, and the Community Areas. The Assistant Manager assists the General Managers to manage the day-to-day running of Wilbur to ensure guest well-being, employee guidance and maintenance of the overall property. The Assistant Manager acts as General Manager in absence of the General Managers.
Housekeeper:He/she will work on a small team with general cleaning of public areas, communal kitchen, private cabins & guest rooms. In addition, he/she will assist with ensuring the facilities remain clean, organized, and operational during the evening hours.
Front of House Service: Assists with answering telephone & email inquiries, entering Cabin & Room, Day Use, Spa and other special event(s) reservations into reservation system, cashiering and more.
Maintenance: He/she will assist with maintaining the entire Wilbur facility. He/she must enjoy working outdoors and being hands on with pool/flume cleaning, landscape work, some carpentry, electrical, and plumbing, etc. Any professional certifications in any of these skills is a plus. In addition, he/she will assist with ensuring the facilities remain clean, organized, and operational during the evening hours.
The individuals/couple must enjoy working in a quiet, peaceful environment with a small handful of other colleagues and residents. They will possess naturally warm smiles, positive attitudes and will act as stewards of a place rich with a history of healing. Experience living and working “off the grid” and/or a remote environment is beneficial but not mandatory. The successful candidate(s) have an open mind and willingness to embrace this lifestyle.

This team will divide duties between office and maintenance to ensure successful operations and that financial objectives are achieved. RESPONSIBILITIES
Office
· Direct day to day operations of a mobile home community, including budget management, staff supervision as well as maintaining the overall appearance and safety of properties
· Effectively collect rent and manage eviction process as necessary
· Fill Vacancies by leasing lots and/or selling homes as needed
· Provide accurate and timely reporting on a monthly basis
· Maintain organized resident files
· Enforce community rules/regulations and follow all applicable safety procedures Promote positive resident relations through various programs; newsletters, activities, potlucks, etc.
Maintenance
· Responsible for cleaning common areas, recreational areas and RV Storage. Will walk the property several times a day and eliminate trash/debris
· Perform landscaping tasks: mow lawns, blowing leaves, raking, sweeping and picking up garbage/debris
· Conduct monthly water meter readings
· Provide excellent customer service to residents, coworkers and vendors
· Maintain and clean dumpster areas, make sure they are emptied and free from debris
· Maintenance may include, but not limited to: replacing hardware, painting, carpet repair, flooring replacement or repair, window coverings, doors, cabinets, windows and window locks, bathroom fixtures and interior plumbing
· Inspect property grounds and property equipment daily and maintain excellent curb appeal at all times
QUALIFICATIONS:
Office
· 3 plus years’ property management experience required
· Previous experience managing a mobile home park in Washington with a working knowledge of Washington, mobile home law
· Previous Manufactured home experience is a huge plus!!
· Ability to effectively communicate with residents, vendors, employees and supervisors
· Excellent computer skills, both of team
· Excellent understand and experience with Microsoft Office products
· Manage America a plus
Maintenance
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in maintenance
· Must have excellent time management and organizational skills
· Must be able to multi-task and be able to prioritize workload
· Ability to read, write and communicate in English
· Able to lift, pull, push or carry up to 60 lbs.
· Able to work with a minimum of supervision
· Able to work in a changing environment (climate and temperature chances)
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Work hours are M-F, 9am-4pm and weekends off (except for occasional appointments, open houses, and possible emergencies).
· Team members must be a self-starter and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
· Candidates must pass a background drug test and credit check, but perfect credit is not required

Mobile Home Park Managers - Moss Landing, close to Monterey, CA

Searching for a Mobile Home Park Management/Maintenance Team for a 100+ space park located on the Central California Coast in Moss Landing, midway between Monterey and Santa Cruz. Our Park is filled with owner occupied homes, no rentals and family owned.
The ideal team would have experience with mobile home park management, be familiar with California Mobile Home Residency Laws, Title 25 and other applicable laws. Between the two Team members, the following skills and abilities are necessary; basic bookkeeping, computer knowledge, customer relations, janitorial, yard work. basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical and other skills normally needed to perform routine maintenance. Park Managers must demonstrate initiative, professionalism, integrity and leadership in all areas of performance. Honesty and positive attitude is a must.

We are in need of a working couple (long term possible but not necessary) The ideal candidates will have a combined, sound knowledge of marketing, Web site building (Primarily WordPress) understand QuickBooks and be willing to work on information booklets for the homes and a host of other projects. With so many variables I feel it’s best to discuss the matter privately via email. Start date is mostly flexible.
We offer a covered trailer spot with limited garage storage. We require a recent picture of your rig and ask they be neat in appearance and the property be kept neat and tidy.
The cover (we can send pictures) is 55’ long 11’ wide and 12’ tall. I am a builder, we will enlarge and raise the cover for the right candidate. There is a deck attached to the concrete pad. There is a 30 amp and will be a 50 amp connection, a very solid septic system, cable and internet available and included. Verizon phones work best here.

I build homes and remodeled them my entire life and learned patience….coupled with raising five kids, Brenda, my wife, she puts up with me……enough said? We’re at the stage of our lives where we aren’t trying to impress anyone. While we take work seriously we also take enjoyment in life with good friends & family seriously as well.

We have great help, Oscar has been with us for 5 years now. He is the groundskeeper and general cleanup guy. He also handles much of the maintenance.
He is a remarkable hard worker and a quality person.
Barb & Herb….WorkKampers that came 3 years ago for 3-4 months. They never left and we were very happy they didn’t. This is their summer and they have been off to the West Coast with their Diesel Pusher. When working, Barb keeps the houses and our cleaning crews in line. Herb keeps our signs neatly painted and keeps our machinery running like a top. Herb also helps out with the maintenance. Brenda, my wife does the books and like the rest of us she does whatever it takes to assure our guests have a great time. We run an incredibly high return rate and it’s growing year to year. It’s very uplifting to hear continued compliments of our establishment.
