I have a 56 year old mentally handicapped sister. I am looking for an mature individual, couple or family who would like to live in a 3 bedroom 2 bath house in Jellico, TN rent free in exchange for taking care of her.
You will need to pay for the utilities, cable, and keep the home in good shape. I will pay for the home taxes and for her food. Home health care will take care of her bathing needs 3 times a week. She just needs to use one bedroom, and have meals prepared for her. She will also need access to her television so she can watch her favorite shows. I live with my husband in Oak Ridge, and will travel up to Jellico to help when you need to go on vacation. She is very quiet and easy to take care of.

Maintenance Manager and Housekeeping Manager (A Couple) - Port Aransas, TX

- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities

- Valid Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) will be a plus
- 5+ years experience in maintenance management role
- Proven experience as maintenance manager or other managerial role
- Ability to keep track of and report on activity
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Strong knowledge of maintenance and engineering concepts, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Abilities to interpret blueprints, specifications and schematics

- Manage the daily activities of the Housekeeping department to include appropriate cleaning of all offices, concourses, seating areas, washrooms, breakfast rooms, suites, and all public spaces.

- Alert front desk to any needed supplies and low inventories
- Ascertain that hotel rooms are properly stocked with supplies that guests are entitled to

Each year, PepWear attends more than 800 events to celebrate the achievements of students. The events we attend are school music functions. Events occur year round with January April and September November being peak times. Events are mostly held on Saturdays.
Custom shirts, plaques and other memorabilia are created for each event, and are offered for sale onsite.

The Event Sales Representative is responsible for:
Getting PepWear's merchandise and equipment to the event site
Setting up the sales booth
Selling the products
Packing up the booth after the event
Reporting sales and expenses, and accounting for money collected
Managing a team of 1 to 5 additional workers who will assist with the duties
The job requires being on your feet for hours at a time and lifting/moving boxes and equipment weighing up to 40 pounds. Marching contests typically start in the morning and end in the evening, while Clinic Concerts are usually held in the evening and last 5 to 6 hours.

The Event Representative will become a PepWear Employee and must:
Have auto insurance
Pass a background check
Have a clean driving record
