Searching for a Mobile Home Park Management/Maintenance Team for a 100+ space park located on the Central California Coast in Moss Landing, midway between Monterey and Santa Cruz. Our Park is filled with owner occupied homes, no rentals and family owned.
The ideal team would have experience with mobile home park management, be familiar with California Mobile Home Residency Laws, Title 25 and other applicable laws. Between the two Team members, the following skills and abilities are necessary; basic bookkeeping, computer knowledge, customer relations, janitorial, yard work. basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical and other skills normally needed to perform routine maintenance. Park Managers must demonstrate initiative, professionalism, integrity and leadership in all areas of performance. Honesty and positive attitude is a must.
Helpful, but not necessary, to be a spanish speaker.
Wages and housing included. The designated manager's house is 3bd/2ba newer, well maintained with a great floor plan and location.
