We have an immediate opening for a work camper(s) to help in our office on three weekends a month in exchange for a FHU site.
Extra hours are available for pay. All of our sites are pull-thru with electric, water, sewer, WiFi and cable. Duties would include checking people in and assigning sites, light cleaning in the office area, very light maintenance (checking and changing breakers) on the weekends.

On-Site Manager
Job Description
The Manager's primary concern is to represent the company in a courteous and professional manner at all times, and to maintain a good working relationship between the residents, other park employees and the Owners.
Records. The Manager shall keep an accurate and up-to-date record of each tenant in the Park.
Rent Collection/Deposit. The Manager shall collect the monthly lot rental from each tenant in the Park, as well as any other monies or charges from tenants due the Park. They will record this information into the monthly rent roll and deposit all monies in a timely manner. At month-end, Manager will forward monthly rent roll and deposit receipts to Owner.
Bookkeeping. Manager will ensure all monies deposited and entered onto the rent roll balance at all times. Within five days of a change in tenancy, Manager will issue a security deposit disbursement form to Owner for reimbursement to the tenant.
Petty Cash. Manager shall be responsible for a petty cash drawer. They will maintain petty cash records and disburse cash for miscellaneous items.
Lease Enforcement. The Manager shall be completely familiar with the provisions of the Lease Agreement and Park Rules and Regulations. The Manager shall be responsible to see that the tenants are at all times in compliance with the provisions of the lease and enforce these regulations on an impartial basis. In the event that a tenant is in violation of a lease provision the Manager shall act quickly and courteously to equitably enforce the lease.
Hours. The Manager's office hours shall be posted and open to the residents of the Park and to the public for a minimum of 6 hours each day (9:00 am -- 12:00 pm and 1:00 -- 4:00 pm), Monday through Friday, and weekends as necessary. Holidays recognized by Owner as paid days off are excepted. Manager will also open and close the Recreation Hall daily. However, at all times during the day or the night when the Manager is physically present in the Park, the Manager shall be available to respond to emergencies within the Park.
Ongoing Maintenance and Repair. In addition to all other duties, the Manager shall be responsible for the ongoing upkeep, landscape, and maintenance of the Park, which includes, without limitation, the office/garage facility and its contents, mailbox stands, landscaping, tree trimming, fencing, the pool and spa, RV storage, well and waterlines, sewer lift station, the lighting, streets, and the signage located throughout the Park. Manager shall also be responsible for the ongoing upkeep and maintenance of all machinery, vehicles, and equipment located in the Park. Opportunities for additional benefits for work performed outside of ordinary scope of work on case to case basis. The Manager shall further be responsible to make repairs and to help all tenants as the need arises on a continuing basis throughout the terms of this Agreement.
Other Duties. The Manager shall be responsible for other duties pertaining to the management and maintenance of the Park from time to time as requested by Owners.
Housing Included: Recently remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath manufactured home with shop and garage.
Resident Manager Couple - College Station, TX

We are interested in either a very driven single property manager qualified to do all tasks listed in the job description or a two person team or couple to maximize the rental potential of a self storage facility location and oversee all aspects of storage transactions, customer service, rentals, record-keeping and security. These individuals will be responsible for the efficient and effective operations of the store through general property maintenance, a strong desire to grow the business,through outside the box thinking, developing effecting branding and marketing strategies, a positive attitude that reflects a desire to maintain the highest level of customer service and respect for internal and external customers.
Both individuals must be able to conduct themselves professionally while servicing customers and both must have the ability to perform office duties. Additional responsibilities include community involvement through marketing initiatives.
One individual must be able to perform office duties as well as light maintenance on property such as removal of weeds, light electrically, light plumbing, cleaning units, fixing doors and removing debris. This person must be endure exerting up to 50 lbs of force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs of force frequently and/or up to 10 lbs of force constantly to move objects.
This position requires a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record to operate motor vehicles with both types of transmission (automatic or standard).

Hotel Management Couple - Cooke City, MT
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
Seeking an experienced Management couple to operate small 33 room hotel in beautiful Cooke City, Montana. We are located in a very remote location at 7,500 feet elevation. Cooke City is a small town located only 4 miles from the Northeast Entrance to Yellowstone National Park.
Very busy summers. THe winter season is filled with snowmobile enthusiasts as we get more than 200 inches of snow per year. This will take a special couple that can handle the remoteness and a long winter season.
This position is for couples only and requires some operational and maintenance experience. Monthly salary plus an apartment with all expenses included is located on-site. The hotel is pet-free. Because the Manager's apartment is located on property, this position is not suitable for pets.
