Long term, seasonal COUPLE needed for building and grounds maintenance/cooking and housekeeping duties on large, high end mountain ranch near Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Permanent ranch staff includes manager and assistant manager couples and one other seasonal couple.
Commercial activities include cattle, bison, haying, and occasional guest services. Recreational activities include horseback riding, hiking, fishing, shooting, four wheeling, cookouts, snowmobiling, hayrides, and cross country skiing. The candidate couple should be able to work with little supervision while meeting the needs of the ranch owners, managers, and guests with a positive and fun attitude. One of the couple team will be responsible for mowing, landscaping, building maintenance, and general handyman services while the other will act as complete food service manager providing food procurement and cooking for the owners and guests as well as housekeeping and related supervisory duties. Both will provide general concierge and hospitality services as well.
This is a long term, mostly seasonal position from approximately April 15 to October 15 each year with occasional duties during the winter. Competitive salary and year around housing for the right outgoing, non-smoking and physically fit couple with the appropriate background and experience.

Work Campers Needed for New RV Park - Cottonwood , AZ

We are hiring at our RV Resort. This is a park we are building now and eventually it will have 300 sites. We do not have a website yet, but do have a facebook group under our name.
We are 20 minutes from Sedona, and hour from Prescott, Jerome is right down the road and we sit up on top of a semi mesa with a 360 degree panaromic view.
We will open phase one in Sept. and go from there. We are looking for someone right now, that can work outside planting trees, weed pulling, and helping in any area needed. Eventually we need someone to run the office. We can hire a single or couple, and are basing our decision on a point bases. For each item, you can answer yes to, you get a point. The more points the higher in the pile of resumes you will go. All hours are paid, and your site is included in that wage.
Right now we can pay 40 hours a week and you can split that up any way you want. In Sept, the office opens and we will need help and more hours if you want them.

Work Campers needed at the Beach !!!!! Our Park is accepting applications for work campers for the 2017 season. Preference given to long term workers. If you are looking for a relaxed stay on the Oregon coast, we are the park for you! The park is located on the beach just 12 miles north of Tillamook, near some of the best fishing, clamming, kite flying, beach combing and whale watching on the coast. We are known as the 'quiet, peaceful park' on the Oregon coast. We are looking for cheerful, non-smoking, outgoing couples to help us with the park.
You will need your own RV. Your site and amenities of water, sewer, garbage, electricity, propane, wi-fi, cable tv and laundry facilities are deducted from your gross pay. Pay is $ 12.00 per hour for Assistant Managers. 40 hours per week per person every other week depending on campgrounds needs. Hours are flexible, 5 days on 5 days off, or 7 on 7 off. Note: We are a Private Park, we have to pay a wage (Government). We are NOT looking for people that cannot hold a job in the "outside" world. No meth heads. Full time position for caretakers for ranch south of Las Vegas, approximately 1 hour from Santa Fe.
Responsibilities are focused on the overall care for and maintenance of ranch, roads, house, and caretaker house.
This includes:

- Light cleaning of main house, keeping varmints away, taking out trash and recycling
- Maintenance of roadways and periodic repair of erosion from heavy storms
- Coordination of contractor visits for specialized work that cannot be done by caretaker
- Vehicle repair and maintenance as needed
- Maintenance of various systems around the house
- Yard work, primarily during the spring and summer seasons
Beyond regular duties and tasks, successful candidates will be able to prove ability to be proactive, and identify issues outside of regular tasks and address them in a timely manner.

Motel Manager - La Junta, CO

Searching for a managing couple that are mature and responsible to manage a 31 room motel in the quiet town of La Junta, CO. The managers will stay on the property in the onsite living quarters. Managers must be able to multitask and be customer friendly. It is a 24/7 responsibility that requires a lot of attention. Prior experience in the hotel industry is required
Managers must perform tasks such as proficiently operating a computer and using hotel software to check in and check out customers, handling reservations, performing general maintenance, assisting in housekeeping and laundry duties, performing any necessary paperwork/reports, and mostly keeping the property up to par. To summarize the managers will be reponsible for all daily aspects. Manager will also perform daily office duties and must keep all paperwork organized. Days off will be negotiated.
Compensation will include a $1800-$2000/month salary, and onsite living quarters with all utilities paid. Living quarters include a 2 bedroom apartment with appliances.
Summer is the busiest time of the year for the motel and the managers must be able to handle many tasks at once. Maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry are tasks that are required to be performed year-round especially in the summer.
