Maintenance/cleaning/landscaping work for Colorado apartments - Broomfield/Boulder, CO

We are looking for an onsite maintenance couple or individual for our apartment community. Work will be primarily at our apartment community in Broomfield, but some work may include a few properties in Boulder from time-to-time.

Duties may include such things as landscaping, plumbing, tile work, caulking, grouting, drywall, light electrical, carpentry, cleaning, painting, snow removal, and general building maintenance (as interested and qualified).

*Live on-site in your own 1 or 2 bedroom apartment home.

*Non-smoking. Our community is 100% non-smoking, so you must be non-smoker.

*No pets.

*Part-time or Full-time.

*Background check required.

Wages will be paid for work done in excess of housing costs. Some rent may be due depending on amount of hours worked.
