RV Park Manager/ Assistant - Gunnison, CO

Owner/ Operators looking for some relief We are looking for a manager/assistant couple for a 100 site RV/mobile home park in sw Colorado from April 1 through Oct 31 The successful applicants would have total responsibility for operation of the park for a minimum of 4 days per week. The owners live on site and are available but would like some time off.

Duties would include but not be limited to: Helping prepare for season opening Supervising, training and scheduling work campers for landscaping, housekeeping and retail. Taking reservations on the phone and electronically Taking payments and recording same for long and short term campers. Operation of the convenience store from 7am to 7pm Handling the day to day questions, problems, requests etc. that come with an rv park. The park will provide a 2 bedroom 1 ½ bath mobile home and all utilities plus a salary to be negotiated and determined by experience and qualifications.

Registration Clerk/Maintenance Specialist - VERNAL, UT

Great opportunity for a couple to work camp in one of the most beautiful areas of Utah beginning April, 2018 through October.  Our award-winning KOA provides ideal access to an outdoor enthusiast life-style.

  One person will work in our registration/gift store area primarily registering our campers and providing a welcoming experience for them.  Computer literacy is a must and knowledge of Kampsite is a plus.  Maintaining the store inventory, activities brochures, overall store upkeep goes along with this position.  The ourdoor person will be leading guests to their sites and making sure that everything is good to go for them.  Campground maintenance, mowing, pool upkeep, repairs are part of this job.  A hands-on person is needed; someone comfortable with tools and able to see what needs to be done.

We provide a F/H site with cable, laundry, uniforms, propane at cost and a 20% store discount.  If the contract is fulfilled, a seasonal bonus will be paid as well.  The couple works a 5 day week with days off together.  The couple will be charged 20 hours per month for their site and all other hours will be paid at an agreed rate.  Payroll is biweekly and scheduling is done one month in advance.  If additional days are needed for a special occasion or trip, that is easily arranged.  We try to provide a stress-free work environment to make it fun for our campers as well as staff.

The campground offers 45 campsites by the majestic Fraser River.

We are seeking a retired couple to fill summer positions as campground hosts.

This is a full-time summer seasonal position. Campground hosts live in the campground, in their own RV. A campsite is provided in the campground free of charge, with 30am power, water hookups, picnic table and firepit.

Main duties will be registering overnight campers, ensuring campers abide by campsite rules to ensure safety to the public, keeping occupancy records, positive public relations and the regular cleaning of campsites.

This is a shorter-term position, starting immediately, ending mid-October.

Looking for a single manager or couple to manage a motel in Craig, Colorado starting as soon as possible. This job would entail everything that comes with running a hotel/inn, and would require some leadership and management skills.

Hotel or apartment management experience would be preferred, but is not required. This would be a salaried position paying $25,000 per person ($50,000 per couple). In addition, the couple would be provided with an apartment to live in at the location.
