- Greets guests warmly and promptly
- Takes guests’ food and beverage orders

Maintenance Campground Worker(s) - Chester, CA

Preferred: Experience in operating a backhoe, pump truck and forklift
General Function: To ensure that all aspects of maintenance, i.e., landscaping, grounds, vehicles, structures, equipment, etc. are maintained in a thorough and timely manner within the recreational grounds.
General Maintenance
- Ensures park grounds in the vicinity of campgrounds are maintained to company and agency health and safety standards.
- Responsible for maintenance of restrooms, showers
- Follows approved maintenance and cleaning schedule
- Trash pickup throughout the entire recreation areas, roadsides, campgrounds. Maintains trash barrels – keep emptied at all times and all areas around trash are to be kept neat and clean
- Maintains vehicle and ensure accurate maintenance records are kept for oil and filter changes, tune-ups, tire maintenance, etc.
- Maintains fuel records (if applicable)
- Maintains equipment by keeping in good running order and perform necessary repairs
- Performs necessary repairs as needed and/or directed to the following:
Plumbing
Carpentry
Structure repairs and maintenance
Dock maintenance
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- Minimum high school education is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- General maintenance experience.
- Basic plumbing and carpentry experience.
- Basic knowledge of operating and maintaining lawn mowers, weed eaters, and chainsaws
- Ability to operate and maintain a company vehicle required.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean 3-year history, and no DUI within the past 5 years.
- Reliable transportation.
- Requires weekend, night and holiday work.
