Domestic Couple Manhattan/Hamptons - Manhattan, NY

An experienced couple is needed to provide assistance between two homes in New York and the Hamptons. The position is live-in and the couple will be provided private quarters.

The couple will be responsible for cooking all meals, general housekeeping, pet care, floral arrangements, chauffeuring, dealing with vendors of the home, and interior and exterior household maintenance. Must have excellent long-term experience and shining references. 

Rural Gardener/Handyman and Aged Carer/s - western NSW

We seek a couple to aid in our parents' continued care as we manage the family's primary production property. Mum and Dad have expressed a desire to remain in their remote, rural home of over fifty years.
One of the two applicants needs to have a nursing/aged care background to cater for their current and evolving needs.
Ideally the second part of the team would be handy at general gardening requirements including lawn mowing/care and watering. Other skills always welcome!

A comfortable, air-conditioned, two-bedroom, furnished, near-new cottage settled within the main garden environs is available.

Mum and Dad's current carers, with whom we are very happy, have a need to attend to matters interstate for a time.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

We are looking for a reliable Maintenance technician to oversee all installation, repair, upkeep operations of our community's facilities, and to be solution oriented. A great maintenance technician will have a solid understand of plumbing and electrical systems as well as carpentry skills. Must be well-versed in all maintenance processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 2- 5 years’ experience in a maintenance technician role. Responsibilities and Duties:
