Assist cooks/chefs/kitchen staff in preparation of a variety of for special events
Portion and arrange foods in an eye-pleasing way
Transport, display and serve foods from kitchen area to guest area
Prepare and serve beverages
Prepare, display and/or distribute cutlery, napkins, plates, condiments and table décor as needed and directed
Monitor guest area for shortages and guests’ needs
Remove serving items, plates, and trash from guest area
Clean up and proper leftover storage procedures
Adhere to Company dress code while on duty
Notifies supervisor immediately any time a guest is not 100% satisfied with their experience
